The clerk who waited on us was very nice and professional too. She's been with the company for 31 years.

Southside of this building is a beautiful butterfly garden with a statue of a young girl who represents everything beach, and summer, and youth. There is a helpful downtown map right here too.

if you have a vehicle any bigger than a Honda civic good luck parking downtown without getting a ticket. hard to enjoy this beautiful place especially if you run into one of their “citation officers” (whom are completely unprofessional and rude). if you get a parking ticket plan on paying an extra $5 for a “convenience fee”. yikes.

This place is slow. Also they do not have enough parking. Further they have 15 min zones however after waiting for 30 minutes for work to be done, not one car in the 8 spots left. Maybe they do not enforce the 15 minutes parking because they can't get anything done in 15 minutes!?

I received a parking ticket for $20, I very happily went inside to pay the fine, and the woman at the desk was incredibly rude even though I already had the fine amount in hand. I did everything to comply with her to pay the fine, and she still had an incredibly rude attitude towards me. When I tried to spell my name out for her, she kept interrupting me and spelling my name wrong, even though I was clearly in the middle of spelling my name out for her. Maybe have better customer service for people who have to pay large quantities during this pandemic.

Spent 2 week trying to get a parking violation paid, being transferred from person to person and each one passing it off as someone else's problem becoming more and more rude. The whole system they have its awful and to top it off with incredibly rude employees makes the entire situation unbearable.

When their parking meters malfunction they'll ticket you. Got to pay for parking and a parking ticket. Local government is the best.
