Sleep Number

Salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. He was there by himself and had to wait on us and another family of 4. I think if he had help it would have been a bit better. But at the same time it took his attention off of us at times to give us some time and space to discuss. Very expensive, I hope it's worth it. Got to use a discount code from my nephew which alleviated 20% of the cost since he referred us. He was supposed to get some rewards too. I hope to update after we get the bed. We got a half split king with heated feet option. Pillows and bedding. It cost just over $8,000. The app can help you get rewards. We hope to utilize those to get the kids nice pillows from sleep number.

My girlfriend and I had a Casper mattress that was long overdue for an upgrade, so we stopped into Sleep Number hoping to snag some black friday deals. We were not disappointed. From the start, Brandon was so great. Taking us through the process, learning a lot, offering info on products but not pressuring us into anything. Really it couldn’t have been a better experience, so extra thanks to Brandon for that. We ended up with a fantastic mattress, sheets and 3 pillows for less than the bed would be normally. With the financing option, a big purchase won’t be a big deal at all. Haven’t received our bed yet, but it was a great experience so far.

Jennifer was a wonderful salesperson....she took her time and gave us all the options! She was really knowledgeable. Unfortunately we didn't get delivery when we were told but was totally compensated by Brandon another great salesperson!!! All I can say is they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied!!! I really loved there customer service.

This review is about store, I have not received the bed yet..
Store looked inviting from outside. Entering the store it was clear they sold beds they were spaced with a nice pathway’s to get around. I was meant by Jennifer sale associate, she took me through all the different beds with their differences. I tired 4 different beds never felt pressured to hurry and buy now. We did get to the best mattress they offered. After trying the beds Jennifer asked the bed I liked best? She wasn’t surprised that I didn’t choose the newest most expensive bed. I did have to think about the bed. I called later that evening and we ordered it, the biggest surprise she got me a nice discount on the bed. I was very impressed by her! She also told me that “ the bed I’m getting we’ll feel different as it’s not been laid in” the number we came up with in store may change a bit. I look forward to receiving my bed. Oh yes she told me the bed would need to be ordered and delivered I wouldn’t get it fast. Mine delivery date was 10 days from ordering. I’m waiting patiently. 5 stars from me!

I decided to stop at the Sleep Number store after ordering 3 bed in a boxes the last few years. My husband and I could never agree on the comfort of the mattress. I called to confirm location and if they were open, Hannah answered and was so nice. I arrived shortly after and she greeted me and assisted me, she was very professional and was concerned what we were looking for and our needs. Plan to spend about an hour here testing each bed to find out what works best, and get the full experience. My husband was able to stop in later that afternoon to test out, as both of us could not get there at the same time. We put our order in, although we have not received our bed. The instore experience was top notch and Hannah is the best of the best! Looking forward to getting our bed next week! We went with the i8 flex top king and the adjustable base.

Our sales rep was Hannah. She was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. She went through everything in detail, pillows, bedding and removal of our old bed. We are sure to love it! Thank you Hannah and Sleep Number!

The store staff was wonderful, and very informative. We owned a Sleep Number bed years ago, oh my have they changed for the better! They are wonderful!! Can't wait until my bed arrives.. I was sold after one visit! Brought my hubby back so he could learn about all the features of the bed. Sold! Can't wait to finally get a good nights sleep.

They were very helpful and very knowledgeable with helping us pick out a bed that was right for us. We were able to take our time and try out each bed they have in store! Definitely recommend!

During our shopping experience we had a wonderful time. The salesperson David was not pushy and gave us lots of time to think about what we wanted before making this expensive purchase. He educated us on each bed and answered all of our questions. He informed us that the warranty does have less coverage as the bed ages. I know a couple that had their bed for at least 20 years so to me it's well worth it. I just want to update that it has been 9 months since we got our bed and we still love it. We sleep amazing every night. A plus for me, is that you can adjust the bed depending on how your back feels that night.

Brandon was no pressure and very patient with our endless question, would highly recommend him. Can't wait for delivery next week!!!

The saleslady was very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products you sell. She explained the differences in the Mattress and the style of the Split and Half Split adjustable frames. When we said we were not ready to spend that amount of money right now She explained the 0% financing. That swayed us to go for it. After we decided to purchase a bed she explained the benefits of your Linens and pillows over the standard Linens and Pillows. We decided to get them also. Very happy with the Sales lady

Very personable and knowledgeable sales lady. She took her time with us. Our last Sleep Number mattress was purchased in 1995 and has served us well, but we wanted the flex under the mattress. The new one hasn't been delivered yet, but if it doesn't live up to our expectations I will let them know.

This is our 2nd Sleep Number bed, our 1st one is over 10 years old. This was however our 1st purchase at the Saginaw store and it was a very pleasant experience. Ours sales clerk, Ashlyn was very knowledgeable and never made us feel pressured to buy like other furniture stores. We look forward to receiving our bed.

Very nice place to shop for a new bed. Brandon assisted us and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with in finding a new bed. We were surprised as to the pricing which we found very reasonable.

We were treated very well, given the chance to try out the new system. We have had a Select Comfort mattress since 1994 and it needs to be replaced. Looking forward to our new Sleep Number bed

Great store experience. Staff was friendly and showed us what we need with no pressure. Their beds took our pain away and we were able to get one bed that can adjust for two different people. A lot cheaper and and not pushy like Mattress Firm.

The young lady that helped me with this great pillow was excellent in sales. I love the fact I could take 1 section out of the pillow to make it not as thick. It is worth every penny thank you sleep number

Our experience at the store was exactly what we were looking for. Had we gone with the one we thought we wanted, looking on-line. We would have been sorely disappointed. It did cost us more money, in the long run, but worth every penny.
