Morningside Cafe

Stopped by for a quick coffee and was so sad we couldn’t stay any longer. It was such a beautiful atmosphere and was clearly very intentional about the good vibes.

We had the opportunity to speak with the owner - he was so wonderful and kind.

The coffee is great, they have lots of options including alternative milks. It would be a good place to get some work done or hang with friends.

We parked on the neighboring street, so it was pretty convenient.

Would highly recommend!!

Discovering Morningside Cafe this past week was a true delight! They offer a fantastic selection of coffee, tea, and pastries in a cozy environment perfect for work or relaxation. It's a gem in the Morningside community, providing great value and a welcoming space for all. I certainly look forward to visiting weekly and happy to have a cafe right nearby home.

I’m not sure how I didn’t know about this place with it being right at the end of my street but, I’m so glad I know now. I got an iced coffee and a BLT, both were awesome. The iced coffee didn’t have that old/burned after taste that I find so many places have, definitely tasted fresh. I was also traveling with a pretty hefty double stroller that wouldn’t fit through the door so they brought a table and chairs out front for us. Customer service was amazing, all our food and drinks were awesome. I’m excited to have this in the neighborhood and be able to pop in on our walks, I’m just sad I didn’t know about it sooner!!

Got the caramel macchiato. Good quality, fast service, great atmosphere. 5 stars.

We are glad this coffee shop with unique and very delicious drinks made it to the neighborhood. The barista is amazing with service and fantastic smoothies, coffees ,and cappuccinos.

I was initially recommended by the owners fiance Khaila my coworker. I enjoyed the coffee, smoothies and the great atmosphere. Great decor. Great prices. Great service.

Met with a colleague here and had never heard of the place. It was a great atmosphere and the drinks were both reasonably priced and delicious. Got a chance to talk to the owner who is from the area and he is such a cool guy. Definitely a breath of fresh air for the neighborhood and highly recommend!

Loved morningside cafe! The place was very organized and clean. I got their caramel macchiato and blt which were both delicious. Jeff the owner was very personable and welcoming. 10/10 would go again.

Locally owned and operated. Delicious coffee. The grilled cheese was childhood good, like my mom made.

First time coming to this cafe, not too far from my house. The owner was great, very friendly, and helpful in helping me decide what to order. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but the quality of the service, as well as the atmosphere, is going to change that.

Nice place! I feel more Grosse Pointers should visit this cafe just up the road in Morningside. It's clean inside. And good coffee. The music is a little loud sometimes. In the back, it has a room setup for group discussions or team meetings.

Great vibes - seriously - this place has heart, and it makes for a warm atmosphere. You step inside and instantly feel lighter. My friend and I spent some time there writing. The smoothies and muffins are tasty as well. Definitely recommend.

Super clean coffee shop. Stopped by after running an errand nearby and was pleasantly surprised! Bathroom was sparkling clean and the man serving coffee was very nice.
