Thankful for Ryan after Baker Auto for helping me as a first time purchaser get a new leased vehicle! Ryan was super prompt, lenient and personable. He answered all my questions, and was honest if wasn’t sure but helped me figure out whatever it was that needed to be done. When picking up the car, the atmosphere of the establishment was super warm. The other woman I spoke to was cool as well, I’m thankful for such a smooth transition with them as a first time, under 25 driver.

Initially went in just to see what I could get as far as a trade, Joel, Ryan, and Blake were great to work with and found a truck that fit what I was looking for and a they had a great terrain on the lot for my wife. I just got a lease for a Sierra 1500 SLE through Betten Baker and I could not be more thrilled with the entire experience and more specifically, with Todd Klein! I submitted an online request for a vehicle on their lot, Todd called me the next morning, and within 2 days, the truck was scheduled to be delivered (I would have had the truck the same day but there was a holdup on my end). This was my first experience car shopping alone and before I met Todd, it was just what I expected: rude salesmen either trying to push me a certain way or not listening to what I wanted. When Todd called me, it was such a relief. He took so much time explaining everything to me and working through all options and most importantly, he was honest.

I started looking a week ago and test drove a few vehicles.Todd Klein was very patient with me and definitely understood what I wanted and needed. The mechanic did a very good job and was very quick.
The individuals taking my payment (debit) card screwed up as the machine wasn’t working properly and my account was charged twice. Still trying to get a refund from my credit card company. Now told might take a week to resolve and have my account credited!

Good people especially in the body shop. They have kept me up to date on the progress of my 2021 GMC2500HD.

It started out a little rough. Months went by after I first got an estimate completed by someone named Jolene. When I was finally contacted it was by another person (a man) and then everything moved very swiftly and efficiently. Everyone was polite to me. The "deer dent" was beautifully repaired and ready to go. In the meantime I had a loaner (Equinox) which I loved. I'd make it my next car if only it had FOUR wheel drive. Not "all" wheel drive. Thank you so much for helping me with my car.

Service team was helpful. I brought my late grandfather's cadillac in for an oil leak, turns out that it had developed quite a few issues from sitting for a few years. They worked on a plan of attack to get everything addressed on it. It is now running again and the major oil leak is taken care of. I will be back to get the other items identified on it fixed at another point.

Just got a new suv from them, experience was perfect, everyone was friendly. Did not pressure me
