—With only 2 days notice, they made a perfect GF Lemon Cake with raspberry filling BD Cake. While other bakeries were asking for at least 2 weeks.
—Staff is very friendly and understanding. I was late to pick up the cake as I was coming from a different state and they stayed open 15 more minutes after their closing time just for me to pick up my order.
—Price is very reasonable.
—Everyone tasted the cake absolutely loved it.

Amazing cupcakes and cake for our wedding! We were able to place a custom order to get a variety of flavors that we and all our guests loved! Katy was super flexible in helping us schedule a delivery time with our venue.

I ordered 4 dozen decorated sugar cookies for my mother-in-law's retirement party. She is a teacher, so I sent a photo with ideas and they did an awesome job on the designs! Absolutely perfect and tasty too. We put them in clear bags for people to take and they were gone quickly. I also purchased a turtle cupcake and it was delicious. I highly recommend this bakery!

I ordered a large number of cake pops for Valentine's day for my team members. They did a variety of decorations for the holiday theme. Holland Cakery made all my dreams come true with these desserts for my sisters baby shower. We had a “little cutie” theme and the cake pops are just what I wanted to look like little oranges! Cookies were also a huge hit and absolutely beautiful! 10/10!

Fantastic! We had our daughters baby shower. Wife ordered mini cupcakes and cake pops. Everyone there commented how great they looked and how flavorful they were. We chose here even tho we live in Hudsonville due to all the recommendations we saw on line. It sure was worth it. Excellent price and excellent service. Very helpful staff when we walked in. My husband and I ordered cupcakes and a small round cake for our wedding and we are so happy with how everything turned out. Saying that the cupcakes were delicious would be an understatement, and it shows by the fact that we had none left at the end of the night! I would highly recommend getting any kind of sweet treats from here!

We are blown away by the cake made for our daughter’s 5th birthday! Usually, you can either find a beautiful cake or a moist, light, delicious cake, but not both. Holland Cakery & Sweets went above and beyond and delivered on both! We were blown away - the cake was even more beautiful than the picture we used to request it - and the fingertip was so yummy - and I don’t even usually like cake! We will not only be back for our other treat needs, but we will recommend to our friends! So great!

They were very helpful regarding making the centerpiece cake for our wedding. We don't live in the state and they were willing to work around that for us. The day before our scheduled pickup I called and asked if we could get it early and without hesitation they had the cake ready in an hour for us. Great price as well. Almond flavored cake was divine.

We ordered the cupcakes for our wedding from Holland Cakery N Sweets, and they were a huge hit! They were delicious, all flavors were moist, and they were large in size. We had 4 flavors, so everyone could enjoy what they like. They provided a free sample box that we were able to take home. We had a very good experience planning with them.

I needed a Star Wars cake and some cookies for my son's first birthday party. I tried multiple other bakeries in the Grand Rapids/Holland area, and Holland Cakery was the only shop to even get back to me. We have ordered cakes from them in the past and have always been pleased - we should have just called them first this time, too. The cake and cookies looked awesome and were tasty, too! Very pleasant experience. Amazing job!

I ordered a two tier cake and a smash cake for my son’s first birthday. It turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Tasted great too. Katy was amazing to work with and the rest of staff was very friendly as well. A few small details were not as expected. Overall a good experience.

Ordered surprise cupcakes for my husbands birthday while on vacation (we're from the east side of the state). They came out amazing! Beautiful presentation and delicious. Cake is super moist and frosting is perfect! Now I wish we lived here to get all our cakes!

We recently celebrated my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We ordered a 2- tiered almond with Bavarian cream "wedding" cake, complete with ribbon trim. Not only was the cake beautiful but the texture and flavor were outstanding! The only complaint is that there wasn't any left! The guests loved it!! Thanks so much!!

WONDERFUL cupcakes. The frosting is not too sweet, the cakes are so moist. Honestly one of the best cupcakes I've ever had. Do not pass this place up.

I have no idea why there would be bad service reviews; perhaps there was a less-than-friendly employee with whom these reviewers interacted. My experience, however, was top notch -- the owner was fantastic, friendly, and very generous. Five stars all the way!

Oh, what a blessing are Katy and the Holland Cakery! I traveled from Texas last week to give a lavish 30th anniversary celebration for my brother and sis-in-law who reside in Holland. This event was of disproportionate importance to our family as my brother is terminally ill and is unlikely to see another anniversary. As I arrived only a day prior to the event, I did the vast majority of my buying/ordering far in advance online. I saw the Cakery's website and their gorgeous creations. I'm a well-seasoned traveler who is not easily impressed, but their cakes are nothing less than magnificent. Via email only, I sent my specific instructions for the three cakes that I wanted to Katy. The price she quoted back was shocking! About $50 each cake, with each feeding a small multitude. I ordered the three and, even though their cake photos were lovely and Katy was responsive and seemed competent, it was not until the day of the celebration that we saw the actual cakes. Oh, my! Beyond gorgeous! Beyond magnificent! My less-than costly cakes were the hit - and I mean hit - of the entire affair! Thank you, Katy! Thank you, Holland Cakery! God bless you!

I have ordered several cakes and have not been anything less than Amazed by each of them! Holland Cakery and sweets doesn't amazing job with custom orders and their flavor and texture is fantastic. Their prices are reasonable and I will probably never purchase a cake anywhere else.

We ordered a cake well in advance for a 50th birthday celebration. The birthday girl wanted a cake with succulents and it turned out amazing. They made an amazing chocolate stout cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream. Thank you for making everything so easy.
