To be honest I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. I had to pay the prorated amount for the month I got my unit for, the next month plus a $50 refundable deposit. Only used it for two weeks and contacted him the day I moved out of it and let him know that it was empty and that the lock was off. That was going on a month ago now and I still have not received my deposit back. Pretty sad when I’m waiting double the amount of time for the check to come than I even used the unit for. Contacted him once and he blamed it on the billing cycle. Contacted him the following week and he told me it should be here about that time next week. So I contacted him the next week after it still wasn’t there and then he informed me he just mailed it out indicating it had nothing to do with the billing cycle if it was a check coming directly from him. I highly do not recommend going through here. Coming from Ovid to Chesaning mail shouldn’t take 2 weeks. 1 week. Whenever he claims to have mailed it out.
