Hit the drivethru to try the Triple Berry Frosty and it was great. Also realized they have saucy nuggs now, tried the Garlic Parm and they were really good! Checkout was quick and the teller was friendly and they were very busy!

Wow!! Well done Wendy's of st johns! That was the fastest I have ever got a meal at any restaurant! It was already on the counter almost before the reciept was printed! Food was fresh and made right!

Well, after waiting all day for cutie to get home, we made it to the store to stock up on groceries! Afterwards, we stopped by our local Wendy’s for din din, son! I got the pretzel bacon pub cheeseburger. You know I gotta try it, son, You know me! I got an accompaniment of six nuggs to bootily boot boot too! I gotta complain here, I gotta be real! These nuggs were a little sogtacious! They coulda been fried longer, friends, could have been…..could have been. The burger had a bit too many fried onions for my taste buds too. I really would like to give this a 4.5 but I’ll be nice, shoot son, I’m the mascot of Saint Johns! The cute girl’s meal was a 5 out of 5, they nailed that Dave’s single made just the way she likes it! Gotta say we were satisfied with our meal and will be back some day I’m sure. Wendy's has stepped up their game, post-covid. Although there have been some staffing issues (an industry-wide problem), my local Wendy's has made strides to fill the gap (offering same day pay, bonuses, increased hourly wages, etc). They're open til midnight and honestly, they've the best biscuits and gravy I've had in awhile (it's been a bit since I've cooked breakfast, lol).

I am reviewing on "RAY"! This employee brings her joy and positivity to the forefront with each aspect of the awesome customer service she displays to her customer!! Thank you St. Johns Wendy's, for employees like Ray and your continued accent on positive customer service!!! Love the great service and St Johns Wendys!!!

My first time ever going there. The owners came in 15 minutes early to start my pedicure. Everyone was great and I loved the clean and welcome atmosphere. They did a great job. Definitely going back. 😊

This St. Johns location may have produced the best fast food Dave's double that I have ever tasted! It caused a craving that made me visit another Wendy's in Grand Rapids the next day. Obviously the goodness is site specific because GR could not reproduce what I had experienced in SJ. Nice work!!

Even though everything is crazy right now and the few workers working are exsausted, they still are giving great customer service. Food is hot and fresh and the wait is worth it! Great Job guys!

Good basic fast food. Lots of new options available. Every chance provided to pretend you're eating healthy. The frosty is always tasty and the burgers have good flavor. Taste fresh.

Food was good, service was good, bathrooms are clean, nothing bad to say about this wendys!

Got there right as they were closing their dining room and the staff was wonderful. The young gentleman who was in charge of the dining room treated my children to extra food on top of what we ordered. Even though it was going to be tossed, it was a night treat.

I went through the drive-thru with a very specific order and a very specific way of how I would like my food made the food came out perfect and the customer service was phenomenal they were so friendly and had no problem with my difficult order Sydney and Pam deserve recognitionyou both made my night customer service is in my opinion one of the most valuable things a business can have and you two are extremely valuable

Not sure if the lobby was open here because we were just grabbing food on our way to Lansing. We were the 6th car back but the line moved quickly. My husband got the Pretzel Pub burger meal and said it was goooood.

I ordered the #11 Pretzel Bacon Pub Classic Chicken. I loved the pickles in it. The onions had a different spin to them, they were not your fresh plain Jane onion. Maybe caramelized?? The bacon was extra crisp, get my drift. Having Munster cheese was tasty and it was melted. The best part was that my fries and sandwich were hot. You know... some fast food joints give you a cold bun and unmelted cheese... But Not Here. Sorry no pics.

Was a long wait because they are currently under staffed, however I think Nikole and crew were handling it well. The food was good like always. Thank you for dinner.
