Family Farm & Home

This has become my go-to for home supplies related to yard supplies. Not much to add, they have what I'm looking for and are reasonably priced. *I used probably 40 lbs of their bulk grass seed in the past month and it is growing wonderfully.

Family Farm and home is our go to for our pet and animal feed. They have everything you need with low prices and knowledgeable staff.

Purchased a Ariens Ikon 52" mower. 0% for 36 months. I'm very impressed with how heavy duty this is. The features are awesome. The Kawasaki engine has some nice features for a clean way to change the oil. It has USB charging for your phone. Drivers seat, very comfortable. In comparison to the Cub Cadet RZT-S 46" this has replaced, the Ariens is like a Cadillac but built like a tank. I fully expect this machine will perform and last. The staff at Family Farm and Home were excellent to work with.
The only Con I have is the mower deck shoot deflector. It is hard plastic and sticks out way too far.

The manager here is amazing the most well-stocked store I've ever been in in the entire chain... Cedar springs was the worst... Clare is. A total joke.... Alma has become marginal... But please don't take that woman away from St John's... That store is amazing and please build a farm and home in Ithaca Michigan and shut down tractor supply..... They have a very good manager if your head hunting🤔🤷

I went into the store multiple different times, needing specific things and they were able to point me in the right direction and were able to answer every question. This place is great!

First of all, I really needed a bathroom! Lol. Must say the bathrooms were clean and fresh smelling. I looked at the chicks and ducklings. They also had clean water and bedding. I found some workout shirts at incredibly low prices. All in all a great trip. One more thing, the cashier really was a pro. Great product knowledge. She was helping the customer in front of me. He had all kinds of complex things he wanted from their out side inventory. From galvanized gates to feed, she was right with him.

We we're warmly greeted upon entering, found exactly what we were looking for and with very competitive pricing on goods. Wow, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time and answered every question we had. The manager was done with her shift but wouldn't leave until we were satisfied. Amazing customer service!

We made a $3600 purchase. Part of our order the price was wrong. When we went to pick up the items there was a $560 difference. I assumed we would have to pay that but instead they stood behind they're original quote and took the loss. We will shop there first from now on!

This is the best Family Farm and Home Store hands down. The manager there is the easily the most knowledgeable person in Michigan. the Store is always clean and in order, the personnel are always friendly and willing to go the extra distance to make the customer happy.
