I was nervous about having our honey-oak cabinets refinished but Jon and Bonnie assured me we would be very happy with the outcome. They were correct! Instead of 27 year-old oak cabinets we now have great looking white cabinets that made our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room look new and up-to-date. The new color even made our granite countertops look better. They replaced our handles and added soft close hinges as well. All for a cost that was 40% less than the lowest refacing estimate we received. To top it off, everyone we met from Knoppe was great and went out of their way to make sure we are happy.

Our kitchen is brand new without the high cost of new cabinets! The sealant on the cabinets is better than just painting and seems more durable. We had a loose hinge that we thought the countertop people did but Jon was here the next business day to fix it! If your kitchen is the center of your house like ours I would recommend staying somewhere else the night of painting. I also would’ve emptied my cabinets due to the dust but those are the only changes I would’ve made. We absolutely love it!

His service includes the installation of new customer purchased hardware. Jon has a no questions asked warranty which we used to have a few doors redone due to shrinkage. Jon, Casey and Joe are a great team. Jon took all door fronts and cabin doors back to his shop and painted them while Casey and Joe painted the cabinets in place. Absolutely an incredible job. The painted surfaces are as smooth as glass. All work done on schedule as promised. They left the job site as clean as they found it. Jon told us the cabinets would be like new, THEY ARE. Jon did an incredible job with our cabinets! We had 80s-90s pickled oak cabinets, and we wanted them to be white and not show the wood grain. Success! Jon was meticulous, and he even did the extra work of painting the crown molding around the room for us.
