They were very good about making a weekend delivery of a hospital bed for my mother on very short notice. When she later required an additional accessory for the bed they were very quick to make that delivery as well. Other than that I've had no need for a service call at this point.

We needed a bed that we purchased from SMS moved from one assisted living facility to another. Marc N did a fantastic job. He realized it was an old bed and mattress and immediately offered to get my 87 year old aunt a new mattress.

I've had my Resmed air11 for almost a week. Sheldon medical is right on top of it as far as checking with me that my mask fits, giving me tip on Airapp, answering questions. Im having trouble with my mask leaking and still working on getting that resolved. I find this company and employees very helpful , professional, courteous.

The entire staff , including the people who deliver the equipment. The patience my person (a male) excuse me for not having his name handy was wonderful explaining my equipment and I felt safe with his presence. They’re kind and have a great customer service etiquette!😊

I appreciate the Trevor, he demonstrated how I should use my equipment, Trevor didn’t leave until I knew how to use it. Trevor was thorough and supportive. Trevor wore his mask and used clean gloves when touching my equipment. Trevor is the kind of worker who genuine care about what he does, Trevor goes over and beyond. Thanks Trevor for your kindness through these rough times.

They have been wonderful at delivering supplies. But I have been trying for well over a month to get my husband on portable oxygen. He can not go without for any length of time. I call, Sheldon says they need something from my doctor. The doctor's office provides it. No one tells me that that need more information. I call and find this out. Call the doctor and they send what is requested. This see saw has been going on for over a month. I have been told the necessary forms were sent on 4/29/21. I call Sheldon again, told Arianna is handling the case. Get sent to her voice mail again. The last note they saw on the account was weeks old. I wish I had a contact that would realize the importance of oxygen to my husband. I guess I will have to leave daily messages until I get someone's attention.

Dan came out today to set up my CPAP machine and explained how to clean it and never mentioned cleaning the conductor that attaches to the tube. So I never would’ve known that it had to be cleaned weekly. Had I not watched the CPap video about my machine. He also said the tube should be cleaned once every two months and on the video it said it should be cleaned once a week. he wore gloves that were torn, and he coughed into his hands many times while handling my machine and explaining how it worked uncomfortable because that was so unsanitary! I called the company and reported that he did not do a very good job of explaining the machine, and that means all the people before me would not know that they should clean the tube, the face piece, or the conductor once a week instead, they would be thinking once every two months was sufficient. When I called Sheldon, the person I talk to they said they will talk to the manager and tell him my experience. I am extremely upset right now knowing that he gave me false information and I could’ve easily gotten sick from using my machine. Had I not been cleaning it once a week. I can’t believe the negligence of him teaching a new person how to take care of their CPAP machine!
I will wonder now how much other misinformation he gave me that I’m not aware of. It just left me very uncomfortable for being a new user to a CPAP machine.

Well, I left Binsons for the very issues I am now experiencing with Sheldon. They messed up my order and sent me a small mask. In my like I have never had a small anything. Anyway it's literally like a small child mask. So I call amd explain like 3 times why it is wrong. They said they are sending the correct mask and I should send back the wrong one. That was 3 weeks ago. the auto reorder app still has it listed as a small so when i reorder, same thing is going to happen...back to the phone and being on hold....why is .epically supply so complicated???

Their drivers are constantly driving recklessly on the highway, talking on the phone, changing lanes without using proper turn signals and on a daily basis almost causing accidents!! I’ve complained to the company about a certain driver and nothing is been done

Do NOT use this company! They are terrible to work with! I just got off the phone with them trying to fix an order they messed up and they wouldn't admit it was their fault! And, instead of an apology for their mistake I just saw an email from them telling me they cancelled my order--even though I told them I would call my doctor to fix their mistake. And, their billing system is ridiculous! I get a bill in the mail with a due date for the very next day. All they do is make excuses telling me they use an outside company. Do NOT use them! They are rude, disorganized, and I'll be switching as soon as I can!

Customer service has not been good from cpap supply and cpap machine people I understand it's two different departments and they both lie and make empty promises to there customers. I will be trying to switch to Binsons this isn't the first time I had issues with Sheldon . Don't recommend them , definitely use another supplier.
