Wonderful store with amazing staff. I went in with two different plumbing issues. Not really sure what I was going to do and walked out with two lower cost & perfect solutions. Thank you!

Friendly helpful staff and a clean well-stocked store. Parking lot can be a challenge to get out of due to traffic.

Had the two nicest employees help me figure out exactly which check valve I needed for my well pump. They were so helpful, courteous and welcoming. I will be returning for all my Home and Lawn Care needs.

All towns would be lucky to have an available hardware shop like Byrum’s. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful regardless of what mess I got myself into on some home renovation project. So much easier to stop in here than to drive into town. Thank you guys for everything.

Always decent and friendly staff and very personable, and willing to help you improvise a small lock thing for a reptile cage. They have just about everything and any suggestion.

Everything you really need and super helpful staff

Amazing!!!! Period... Ok so I made an order online and this location which was 1h 15 minutes away made me feel like I was family... I called 30 minutes after the location opened to see when it could be ready. The sweet lady on the phone said It will be ready when you get here so you're welcome to come this way. So I packed myself and the Kiddos 3yo & 5yo and we headed that way... When I should up there were 3-4 people that greeted me at the door asking how they can help. To make a long story short they helped me find everything additional that I needed. From the 2 gentleman / 1 was helping me the other got stuff for my kids to draw on. Two the Lady ( I thought she was the Manager ) and the cashier. Even to the young gentleman that helped carry everything to my car... I basically had 5 people help me throughout the process and I can say how amazing that experience was... If I was the store manager I honestly would give each one of them a raise!!! My only complaint.... I don't live close enough ;(

I am fortunate this is my neighborhood hardware. I started going there sadly after Fulton Lumber closed 😔. Now I won't buy paint anywhere else. They have a paint expert on staff who makes sure I know the right paint type and brand for the level of coversge I need. Helping me make sure I dont overpay for what I don't actually need. My needs are made more important than profit. I appreciate that. They now have a machine that can exact color match your paint chip sample and save it on their database so it is on permenant record. The guy Jimmy who works there is very helpful and always goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need and have you leave smiling. I am happily suprised at their pool supplies - chemicals, cleaning hardware, and several patching kit/glue options. I guess I might pay a bit more but not enough to really notice given the fact it is located in the Charlotte Plaza...not the 24 minute drive to the nearest hardware box store which is in South Lansing (yes the box store hardares on Saginaw hwy are a 10 minute farther from Charlotte) No reason for Charlotte reaidents to shop big corperate box store hardwares. Shop and buy local here to save time, gas money, get personalized help you don't have to chase down to get, and keep the profits local. They are now also a Uhaul rental site.

I love the service in this store. I walk in and I am immediately greeted and asked if I need assistance. As a property manager here in Charlotte I am always buying parts for my two properties. The staff is quick to help make suggestions or find what I’m looking for.

They always have what I need and at the same price as the big name home improvement stores. And all the employees are helpful and friendly.

Greeted as soon as I walked in the door ask if they could help finding what I was looking for took me right to what I was looking for. Competitive pricing at least on what I was purchasing.. very happy with the sales and service

A little pricey but that's what you pay for convenience I guess

My very first time ever to Byrum Ace Hardware and I recommend this place over any other hardware store. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came right to me and asked if I needed help, he was a very nice person. I do not see this kind of customer service in most any other hardware stores. I have driven to the west side of Lansing in the past 3 weeks several times. I've been to Menards, Lowes, Tractor Supply, and Home Depot, NOT ONE of these hardware stores NOT ONE of them had this kind of customer service or any kind of customer service to be truthful. I walked around each one trying to find what I needed and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE walked up to me and said 'can I help you find something'. I was lucky to see any employee in the isles even to ask for help. Being taken care of at Byrum Ace Hardware today was absolutely amazing after my experience in other hardware stores. The young man who helped me today helped me find the drain hose I needed for my washer and some good tape sealer for the small leak in the PVC drain pipe. I mentioned this young man to his supervisor at the store today. Thank you Byrum Ace Hardware employee for all you do, we need more like you around this world.

We go to this store to find the little items most stores do not carry. The service has always been great, and the employees are well informed on the products that the store carries.

Always very helpful in finding the right product for me and my project. I'm not by any means well versed in the area of home improvement having their help has saved me a few trips back to the store.

The prices may be a bit on the higher side, but the knowledge they provide can be considered invaluable.

Friendly helpful staff love the paint I got from there

Each and every single time I go in this store I am greeted with someone willing to help. My daughter and I went in this morning with plans to make a PVC gate for our chicken run. The gentleman was uber helpful. We were in and out in minutes because he helped us navigate the store. They even loaded the PVV pipe and 4x4 for us. I came home and told my husband how amazing the service is. He commented "aren't they wonderful?".

all of the workers were so helpful. thanks to them we had a successful plumbing job!
