I recently had work done to my X3 adding bumpers and having a code checked out. Without delay, Tim was able to get my X3 in the next day and accommodate me. Paul takes care of all the paperwork for any easy process and lays out all the ground work for registration. They were able to square away my dad’s Defender in one day. Installing indicator lights and a plow system!! Dereck was able to provide valuable information about the 4 wheel drive fuse location and operation on my dad’s Defender!! Definitely going to be back for future purchases and services for our many toys!! Once you purchase a toy Claude reviews the book with you so you don’t have any questions when you drive off. He bookmarks and highlights all important reminders from break in period to specs from the manufacturer. Thanks to everyone who has helped us!!

Went in to look at some new maverick x3s. While I was out in the lot I had a few guys come out and offer help and answer any and all questions I had. In between people comming out and speaking with me I was checking out the machines and doing some research online. Then Claud came out and spoke with me, answered more of my questions and asked if I wanted to go for a ride and we did. After that we talked some more and I was ready to talk numbers. ZERO PRESSURE from anyone at all! It was a great experience! We ultimately purchased a machine and Claud busted butt to get it shined up before we came back with a trailer! We signed all the paperwork with Paul, who explained everything and was patient with all of our questions. They stayed past closing for us to take ownership of our machine and wernt trying to push us out the door so they could go home. Very good experience! I would highly recommend them! I was in the market for a new Yamaha jet ski and had been trying to work with about five dealers in the metro Detroit area. All were not very helpful and some even acted like I should be happy they were willing to respond to my purchase inquiry.

Although a little further away, I sent an inquiry into US 27 on Monday night. I received a call from Aaron the next morning and he had already done his homework on what his best out the door pricing was. He was super easy to work with and very helpful with my transaction. Well worth the drive to work with great people like Aaron and the crew at US27. I arrived yesterday and the unit walk around, finance transaction and load onto my trailer was less than an hour - because they were prepared in advance.

I scheduled my 2020 Yamaha Royal Star Venture for a full service full synthetic oil change. I arrived a half hour before they opened as the service manager suggested. He got my motorcycle in quickly and returned her ready for the season. Very clean, Very professional, Very fast.

I love the service here at U.S. 27 Motor Sports. I ride 4200 miles a month on my touring class motorcycle and I can always count on the mechanics to treat her as their own.

While shopping to look at sea doo switches. I came across this dealer which had the best pricing and on top of that they also included a couple of free accessories which then I decided to go with these folks. We Will definitely purchase again from them for any motor sport needs. This is our new dealer. As for the sales lady, Kayla she was a great person to work with and very attentive to our needs. Bought a Honda SCL500. Larry sold me this bike and was incredibly patient with me while I was deciding between this and another. He helped me make the right decision for me as far as bike fit and riding style I would be doing! The whole shop had amazing customer service that couldn't be beat! I chose them over a couple of closer dealers for this reason!

Claude at U.S. 27 Motorsports was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to help us on our Honda Side by Side. Overall the experience was great, right down to the speed of financing.

We have been looking for a 6x12 utility tralier I had called and talked to Claude. I told him what I wanted and a price range. He had called me back and we had made a deal all on the phone he made the process so easy. Claude is a very good sales man. He had the tralier up front and ready for us to haul away. This is one of the best experiences I've had big props to CLAUDE

Called and requested a trailer. Dual 8k axel, hard to find. Jason jumped right on it. Great customer service. Paperwork was ready by time I showed up. Trailer ready out front. Good people throughout the facility. Lots of inventory. Good to see a business full of busy employees yet still eager to help and make time for you. One light was faulty on the trailer and they have already shipped a replacement. All good things from my experience dealing with US27 Motorsports. I'll be back.

Finally pulled the trigger on looking at a jet ski.
US 27 Motorsports was on the ball, they got me information about questions in regards to the unit, financing, a trailer, parts/add-ons, and every step of the process.
They were very busy when I arrived, but every one made sure that I felt comfortable, got set up with everything efficiently, and was able to leave with my new purchase.
Come to find out, something was left at the dealership, Kayla my sales person was kind enough to bring that to where I was the next day. I can't recommend keeping business in Mid-Michigan with US 27 Motorsports enough!

This place is the best! Just bought my 2nd and 3rd bikes from them. Kayla (sales) and Shane (manger) were extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions with straight forward answers. I wanted to trade one bike and get two new ones. They offered the best trade in price by far. They also have a pretty large in stock selection. Very easy and straight forward transaction with no high pressure add ons. If that wasn't good enough, they also offer free delivery. Highly recommend US 27 Motorsports.
