Dairy Queen Store

The staff was great. They were out of one of the ingredients for a treat, but they made up for it.
Our treats were delicious.

In an era where most DQ blizzards barely come to the top of the cup, the Charlotte DQ was a surprise. We ordered 2 blizzards and both desserts were at least an inch above the top of the cup. This was a nice surprise! Nice to know some businesses will do a bit extra for their customers!!

The pulled pork sandwich is awesome! Very prompt service both inside and at the drive thru... always my go to spot when in Charlotte

Icecream is always good and fresh they make great sundaes there portion size is real good love this place

Great Ice Cream and Staff. They use to have a walk-up window but not anymore. They sell portions for fur-babies, but you cannot take your puppies inside the building to make your order. It would be nice if they could work out a way to accommodate pet owners . This location has a lot of pet owners that regularly walk their pets past this establishment.

I was in a group of 7 people with individual orders, walking into an already busy store. The young lady was very polite and patient with us. Promptly took all of our orders. Within minutes, our food was ready. Hot, delicious, and exactly as we had ordered.

I used to visit this DQ when I was a kid. My grandpa took me here many times when we were visiting Charlotte. No I live here and I am a regular. I joked that I was going to try each Blizzard this summer, and I am only two flavors away from it. The staff is great and the drive thru moves along quickly. It’s why I always like to leave a tip.

FYI: This building has been reconstructed and expanded. Adequate inside eating area as well. Fast drive through and very good staffing to keep things moving. Cudos to the management here because good service today is hard to find 😕.

They are always fast and accurate. Only once in all the years I've gone here have they ever gotten my order wrong and they let me keep the one they made wrong after giving me the correct order. Good business practice!

We stopped by for some of the summer Blizzard treats, I had the pumpkin pie Blizzard with whipped cream, yum yum.

When to Dairy queen with my 2 kids and my niece. The ladies that work there are so nice and patient with the kids as they made up there minds and ordered. Awesome job ladies you made bring 3 kids by myself stress free.

Its the best! You cant lie the ice-cream and food here is delicious. ill list my two favorite items "chocolate cone dipped in chocolate @ Hotdog." you should try them they are good.

It's one of the best Dairy Queen stores I've been to. It has a nice hometown feel that is rare to find. I live in the Lansing area and make the trip there at least once a year. Would go there a lot if I lived in Charlotte. The people are great and usually fast. 2 thumbs up!

My Sister and I are well known at this establishment, for our loyalty to the" Cotton Candy Blizzard!" Everyone is friendly and the service is great. We have our favorite happy faces, that we look forward to seeing too!
