Best place for anything price fixed or exclusives. Staff is a great resource!

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. A little TOO helpful when they're so good at recommending additional purchases or tying in other merchandise to what I'm buying. But I respect the hustle. Been coming here since it opened and it's my go-to game shop.

Duh if you leave gamestop unhappy your doing something wrong

Really nice store not so crowded that you can't get around inside. The staff was very helpful considering I don't buy a lot of games or consoles so she explained it to me barny style.

John and Chad are very great and really helped me a lot. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. Very awesome experience!

This is the biggest one in the area and they have a lot of different varieties of things, this location is my favorite.

This review went from a 2 star to a 5 star. The head of this GameStop called us after a bad experience with an assistant manager and made things right. We went back in and were treated with respect and very kindly. We will definitely return.

Friendly staff and decent collectibles selection.

Let's be honest-- there aren't a lot of local options for collectors who are interested in action figures outside of Walmart and Target. (RIP Toys R Us) Thankfully Gamestop has picked up that torch and offers another option for those of us who still like to see our stuff in-hand prior to purchasing.

The Pekin store has great staff and a decent selection of games and collectibles. They're pretty heavy on the Funko Pops but that seems to be par for the course these days.

If you're looking for recent Marvel Legends, Jazwares HALO releases, or some nice genre-related t-shirts as well as used Xbox games, this is a good place to stop.

Their employees are friendly and helpful and they have a big selection of games. I went there all the time til i moved. I have spent hudreds of dollars there and there are amazing discount there when you have a membership. I would suggest that you go here its one of the best gamestops ive ever been to. They have all the current systems like the playstion 4 and the xbox one. And the quality of their games even if they are used is great. I really dont know how else to explain how good this store is.

I posted a review about a year ago and would like to update it! They have completely changed it up and the new management is amazing so friendly and helpful I only shop at this GameStop now. It’s crazy how much one person affects everything

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gamestop has a bad rap for trying to sell you everything even when you don't need it; but this group gets to know you, what your gaming style is, and makes sure that you leave knowing that every purchase will be just what you need.

Love this Gamestop. Get great preorders and Joe is very knowledgeable even though he didn't give me the Xbox preorder...lol Not his fault I was 13 of 12 Xbox Series X sold to customers at store.

The sales clerk was very helpful & knowledgeable. My daughter found everything she was looking for quite easily.
