I had an AMAZING experience start to finish when purchasing my vehicle. Carley was very kind when she called to talk with me and set me up promptly with a test drive appointment. Scott was my car salesman and he was very informative while walking me through all the new things my new Grand Cherokee had to offer. He helped me get the best deal possible with my trade and was very genuine overall. The finance department was great for a few laughs and kept things light and easy during what could have been a stressful process (let’s be honest, buying your first vehicle on your own is STRESSFUL!) James worked diligently for over a week with me to get me into the vehicle that I loved. He didn’t give up on me when I almost gave up on my search. Purchased a 2023 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus from Kunes a week ago (10/13/23). My sales rep, Scott Bice, was great! Based on past experiences, I honestly hate/loath the process of buying a car and having to even step into a dealership. However, Scott and Kunes, have given me hope that there are actually good dealerships and car salespeople out there. I felt that I received a good price for the vehicle and I received a fair price for my trade in. However, I was most impressed with how I was treated by Scott. He promptly responded to my online inquiry , didn't play any games with me, and came across as a genuine individual (which hasn't always been my experience with other salespeople/dealerships I've encountered in the past).

This was actually the second purchase we've made from a Kunes dealership this year and I would highly recommend you seek one of their many locations if you're shopping for a car. My experiences were positive with both. And if you're looking for a CDJR vehicle, definitely check out their Sterling location and ask for Scott. He was great through the sale, and even after.

Everyone at Kunes Country C-B of Sterling Inc, were great to work with and provided a wonderful buying experience. From my saleswomen Faith who made sure all of my needs were met. When I took delivery of my new Compass, Faith connected my phone, made sure everything was setup and active for me and took time to explain all of the features of my new car. She went out of her way to personally deliver some accessories I purchased for my Compass to my home. What a great dealership to work with and clearly a 5 star operation!

Was able to get my vehicle in a timely manner and spent time looking for the problem instead of pushing it out the door. Helped me locate the extended warranty and Tasha was very helpful and communicative. Process was quick and painless. Second visit for another concern was fixed in a matter of an hour and dropped the vehicle off to me. Cristina was a helpful and friendly. I will continue to use this location for all future services.

The dealership was great and worked with me a ton! Coming from Kansas to Sterling was no short trip, but they had the car cleaned and ready to go when I got there. Really helpful people here!

After having my son’s car at a transmission shop for over a month, the service department at Kunes figured out what was wrong with it in less than 24 hours! They fixed it and we had our car back the next day. Highly recommend!

Josh was great. I went in with a budget and an idea of what I wanted and he worked hard to make it happen. He went through inventory, we test drove, we looked at the numbers and he really worked hard for me. He was really patient and he was not going to give up until I was within my budget and in my Jeep. Best of all, I didn't feel like he was underestimating me because I am a woman. I had been dreading the car shopping experience, but it was so much easier than I expected.
