Kunes Ford of Sterling Service

Had the best experience at Kunes Ford last week, I drove in there while halfway through a 6000 mile roadtrip with an old car that had been failing me and I was ready to upgrade so I could make it back home. Robert took great care of me helping me with the vehicle I had found on their website. Not only were they able to beat my interest rate I had already been approved for through my own bank but they took care of my out of state title and I didn’t have to worry about a single detail, they took care of everything. The service department even gave the vehicle a once over before I left to make sure everything was squared away.

Kunes Ford was a great experience. They got to the root of the issue with my car rather quickly. The service team checked to see if my warranty would cover any parts or service. It did not but they stayed in communication with me throughout the process.

They offered me a lenders to take care of affairs while my car was being fixed. Everyone was kind. I would definitely use their service again.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated and the tech found a nail in a sidewall. Got new tire ordered through warranty and scheduled quickly for this weekend. Great service provided by Tasha and the rest of the shop.

Fantastic service. Salesmen Tom made my day and fixed a double booking I made so I could keep another appointment by making a way for me to keep My service appointment and honor my other local commitment . Tom went above and beyond what would be expected. My accessories were added to my truck in a timely manner as well

The service tech was extremely knowledgeable and very professional and courteous. We truly enjoyed his service of our truck when he came to our home to perform the safety recall.

I always work with Tasha at the dealership service department she’s been great! I love how they pick up and drop off my car as well it’s very convenient!! I haven’t had any real issues with my car yet and had to deal with service but so far it’s been great

The spray in bedliner looks fantastic! And the service from Kunes Ford was great! Everyone there were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable.

Trish kept me well informed including sending a photo of the radiator leak. It's one of those jobs I'd rather have done myself, but I was thinking the radiator had been damaged six years ago when the engine was changed under warranty. I was wrong. A seal between the plastic tank and the aluminum core was leaking. Yep, for not only the six years since the engine swap, but probably since day one. I've been smelling antifreeze after using the truck for so many years, I can't tell you when it started. Two pressure tests by Kunes in the past six year did not find the leak. Probably because it was at the very top, in the vapor space.

The service department was great. They were friendly and personable.

The service manager Christine has been very helpful. I had a fairly expensive part that needed to be replaced, my warranty had just expired and she went to bat for me and reduced my expenses for the repair. It was very helpful since I am on a fixed income. Christine has been very instrumental in guiding me through this process. Kunes does all of my service work.

Great service. They really do all they can to get you the car you want with the service toy deserve. Weather its new or used.

Customer service is very friendly and easy to talk to. I was in and out within a half hour oil change tire rotation.

Valet service was great. The girls work hard to eliminate as much inconvenience as possible.
