The BEST customer service I have ever received from a flower shop. I am beyond happy with the quality of care from Fifth Street Flower Shop. My order was placed over the phone. It is a delivery for the passing of a loved one and Kyle knew all of the information as soon as I stated a name. I will always reference this flower shop.

My husband surprised me with "just because" flowers and the were GORGEOUS. Honestly, the prettiest flowers I have ever gotten -- bouquet of roses and lilies that were very high-quality flowers. They smelled amazing too. I received them at work and every single person who walked by my office complimented them and many walked in for a closer look and to smell them up close. They are almost a week old and the lilies are still continuing to bloom. If I ever need to order flowers, I will definitely place the order through the Fifth Street Flower Shop. They totally made my week!

Fabulous service and product! Called at 8:45a to have flowers delivered to my daughter at the hospital after an emergency appendectomy, and a gorgeous bouquet arrived by 1:45p! Kyle was courteous and helpful on the phone, as I ordered "sight unseen" and live in the Chicago suburbs, and although a tad pricey, the bouquet is stunning (per the pic I received).

Just recently did business at 5th st. Flowers. SUPERB customer services. I was greeted the minute i walked in the door. And I was very pleased with how they displayed the wreath, memorial stone and wind chimes at the funeral home. And i feel like i got my money's worth. Haven't had that feeling in a long time at a flower shop. So thank u 5th street flowers! Ill definitely be back!

Really beautiful flowers. I came in one day and just wanted a single rose, and the woman at the counter let me browse the fresh flowers in the cooler and I picked out a pretty orange rose, and the woman wrapped it up with nice greenery and an orange bow as well and it was so cute. I also had a bit of a drive home, so she added a little thing to the bottom of the rose with water so I would make it home with less wilting. Altogether, I believe the total was $7.60 and to me this seemed like a reasonable amount for said rose with extra fixings. I am very satisfied and will come back if I ever do stop by in Springfield and want flowers.

I visited this floral shop on a whim and they were able to accommodate me on the spot! I needed a just because floral arrangement and I got exactly that! It wasn't pre-made, I got to stand there and watch them make it. I was asked what colors would I like or was there anything in particular I wanted in the arrangement. I said no and I'm glad I did, it turned out perfect!! I live out of state but I now know who to call when I want to send just because flowers!!! The smile upon delivery was priceless!!! Thanks Ladies!!

I went to Fifth Street, last minute, to purchase a corsage for my client to give to his date for a function the following day. I learned he was asked to go and thought it would be a nice touch. Since my client is so helpful to me, I stated I would pay for it. He gave me a swatch of his date's dress to match. After explaining the situation to Fifth Street, I was told NO CHARGE. They were touched by the situation and I was touched by their generosity. The corsage was gorgeous and my client's date was the belle of the ball.

We recently had Fifth Street Flower Shop do my mothers funeral arrangements. We had to contact them from Florida to arrange. The flower arrangements that they created were beautiful. Everything was perfect, and how we asked. Thank you Fifth Street for making my mothers funeral so beautiful.

I called from out of town....so I depended on the rating.....and it was true!!!!! The friend that I sent them to in the hospital loved them. She sent me a picture of them and the bouquet was beautiful. Also the delivery was speedy! Thank you! I will definately use them again!
