Eve Whitaker is a great agent, I haven’t had to contact her for any insurance needs in a long time, but I know when I need her she will be there to help me through anything. I have been a customer of Spectrum for 20 +years and would recommend them to anyone that needs reliable, honest, and reasonable insurance.

Called this company based on google reviews to get a competitive quote for my home and auto insurance. Was transferred to a man that said he was with clients and Eve Whitaker would call me back as soon as she returned within the hour. It’s been two days, lots of other insurance agencies, they obviously are too busy.

My company goes through these people I've had nothing but issues with them since I started there. Can't get them to return phone calls. they say have insurance but I have no proof that I actually have insurance. they can't get me proof that I have insurance. I would not recommend dealing with these people go to somebody more professional.
