Dr. Wells is a wonderful person and an extremely good dentist. She really cares about her patients and is very gentle and pain free. To find another dentist with her skill and knowledge would be virtually impossible. As far as I am concerned, she can walk on water. My Dental Hygienist at Wells Family Dentistry is a highly skilled individual named Lindsey. Her personality is incredible and her quality of dental care is absolutely second to none. Between Lindsey and Dr. Wells, you have the best of the best caring for your teeth and oral hygiene. I look forward going to the Dentist when I know I am going to see these two wonderful ladies.

Dr. Wendy and her entire staff many my dental experience so comfortable and easy. They were caring and thorough, and took their time in making sure that my smile looked better when I left than when I arrived. Thank you Dr. Wendy for your excellent work and service. Wells Family Dentistry takes away the anxious feeling of going to the dentist. The staff does anything to make you feel comfortable. I have a sense of peace and relaxation because I trust them and know that they care.

The only dentist I will let touch my teeth. Dr Wendy is so understanding of anxiety and she, her staff and environment put me at ease.

If you are afraid of the dentist, this is the place to go. I tell my friends I will drive them to this place it's that good. Even if you have to go to another state, it is worth it for the piece of mind.

Will not come back again. Chose this location cause they were in our network and our regular dentist was out of network & our insurance wasn't going to pay much for filling.

Tried filling out forms online through link & kept getting error and was told could do online but again an error. So went into office early. They tried telling me that they had all my son's forms. Said that I kept getting errors. They weren't happy that I came into office because apparently I was supposed to call & tell them we were there. I understand covid procedures but when I can't fill forms out online what do you expect me to do. I even called yesterday & was told that I could fill put paper forms in office, which is why I got there early.

The receptionist told me that this appointment was only for consult & treatment plan options. I said that wasn't told to me. I was under impression that they were filling my son's cavity because our usual dentist sent over records & I even gave them the codes from the treatment plan our usual dentist gave us. She said we tell everyone that 1st visit is only consultation. I said I wasn't told & she got an attitude and said we can look at notes of our conversation. Then said well if dr has time she might be able to fill cavity.

I was told once they call my child back that I would have to wait in car. My child is 10, so therefore a minor but yet was told I couldn't be in waiting room or in exam room with him. He began to panic when he heard this. When they called him back I explained that my child is already terrified of dentist & now he's nervous about me not being there for him. I said he is special needs & terrified of dentist. She then says ohhhh ok you can wait in waiting room for him. Its shouldn't have to take me to explain that he's special needs or terrified of dentist. He's a minor & I should be able to be near him in case of an emergency.

While I was waiting the next person tried to come in as well & they were angry too that they couldn't have a seat inside. He asked for a chair to sit in the foyer & they wouldn't get 1 for him at 1st. He said that they either get him a chair or he was leaving. They gave him a chair but made a remark that it's been this way for a year now & shouldn't have to deal with rude clients. The gentleman simply asked for a chair to wait.

If they hadn't gotten my son's filling done today I wasn't going to pay for an office visit when I told them exactly what needed done. Nor was I told in advance that nitrous wasn't coveres by insurance.

I understand covid procedures but you also need to look at that you are treating a minor & I have right to be with my child. Regular doctor's office don't tell you no you can't be in room with your child. This Dentistry needs to re-examine how they treat people

Had a tooth filled 3 times, filling kept falling out. Had a crown that had to be replaced 3 times. Kept breaking within a month of it being put on. Also ended up having a root canal on crowned tooth after it broke for a second time. And to top it all off, I was billing for all of these mistakes doctor made!
Needless to say, I found a new dentist.
