Nice small restaurant, quick service, free Wi-Fi they have lingua so you know it's authentic 👌🏽.

Really good friendly family run and owned Mexican food. Highly recommend the shredded pork tacos great flavor could have used more on the chicken an beef ones but still good. Beans were thick not watered down same with salsa and free soup with meal. Only thing I would would change would be the salsa chips they were hard. A chip maker in house freshly salted would make them best place in rockfalls for Mexican food.

I got a steak plate, the bell peppers were orange and yellow not green, which have better flavor, so fantastic choice. The steak was a really high quality and had a good chew to it, and the cheese was a perfect compliment. The flavors are all top notch, the chips are crunchy but airy, clearly deep fried. The salsa isn't spicy so I could practically drink it from the bowl. Overall I won't be going anywhere else for good Mexican food.

Pretty good food. I got the #46 enchilada dinner and a pork tamale. Everything tasted good. Came with a complimentary soup which was good. The chips and salsa could be better though. I even asked for a hotter sauce which had more bite but wasn't what i was looking for. All in all though, this is the best Mexican food i found in this area so far.

Excellent Mexican food. Fantastic light and airy fried chips and those come with a small pitcher of salsa for you to pour from. And you absolutely need to order a beer just to enjoy the presentation on the mug. Finally the food was top notch and very tasty.

Great place and authentic food plus they give you a lot of food. Even a free sopita to start. Took the kids n we will be back soon.

Waitress was great. Very friendly. Good portions. Tamales on the high side price wise but good. Taco salad and quesadilla are perfectly priced. Overall fantastic experience

Great, little family-owned Mexican restaurant in downtown Rock Falls. This is one of my favorite spots for comfort food. Definitely a good spot to bring the whole family.

We showed up around 745pm on Friday. They were semi busy but there were still tables. Got seated right away. Our waiter was great. Was really thorough. We got our food. We didn't think it took very long at all. We were chatting anyways. The food was AMAZING!!!!! I'm so very picky about my food, like finding little things wrong. But not in this case. The salsa was made to perfection. Homemade chips. Our burritos were so very good! Absolutely nothing to complain about. The owner came to our table and apologized for the food being late. Which we didn't think it was. He brought out an entire coffee cake and gave it to us! I was astonished at how this man treats his customers. You sir are the absolute BEST! DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK HERE!!!!! Thank you very much!

Good food. Got a taco salad and it was good. Very small. A good amount for me but don't be surprised by the size. It's definitely an appetizers size. Dave is super sweet and makes sure you get everything you need. Credit card machine costs extra. Almost 4%. So pay with cash to avoid the extra charge. Over great!

Best food in the area. Their Fernando’s fish tacos are phenomenal and the best fish tacos you’ll eat around here. Also have amazing flour beef tacos with rice. their soup is simple, but delightful and light so it’s a nice appetizer before your meal. Free chips with your meal, too. Love this place. Staff is always great as well. 🤍

#38, #72, the homemade chips and flavorful salsa. The lime margaritas on the rocks, not too sweet or sour. Their food is incredible, never disappointed.

For a small family own restaurant they treat you really well. They made sure that all was well with you without being an over burden. The food was proportioned really nice. The price you pay for the amount of food you get I feel was accurate.

Went to dinner with some friends and our 4 yr old son. Food was great (salsa is amazing). I ordered the carnitas dinner, excellent. The best part was our waitress, she was so great with our son. After we finished he had to wait to say bye to her before leaving. Great atmosphere!

Great authentic Mexican food and family atmosphere.

Ordered the cheese dip appetizer today and our waitress politely told us it would be about a 10 minute wait. We said no thanks and went ahead and ordered our meals without thinking anything of it.

Minutes later the owner Maria had a free plate of bean dip, flautas, and tamales brought out to our table. What a delicious surprise. This place really does treat you like family even if it's your first time there.

In all my years, I have never been so impressed with the quality of food I was served as I was tonight. Everything from the nightly special to the simple side dishes were clearly made from scratch, and of the highest quality. The chips we're a thick, puffy, flaky delight. I stumbled on this location by accident while traveling, but will be returning no matter the distance.
