Trainer-led small group training ensures proper form and takes you step by step through each workout. Encouraging and supportive members and ownership! Highly recommended for any fitness level!!

I have been a member here since 2011. The gym is in a great central location that made it easy and convenient to get to. Unlike some other gyms, I haven’t experienced a time when I couldn’t get to the cardio or weight machines I wanted to use. The use of space makes it nice to be able to stretch, do body weight exercises, cardio and free weights without having to go to a bunch of different rooms. I also like how there aren’t lockerooms and your gym bag can be watched so theft isn’t an issue. While all those reasons (and more) contributed to why I started and stayed at Anytime Fitness, the biggest change to my fitness and my results have been a result of beginning small group training with their trainer, Nick. The training is challenging without being intimidating. Before training I would do the same things every session, now I have a new workout every session that I know has been created by a fitness expert so I am not wasting time and effort. Working out in a group has been a great motivator and I have met a lot of great friends to make the challenges even more fun. I highly recommend this gym and the training makes it unmatched.
