Went here today and loved the experience. Service was great. My boyfriend loved the Kodiak burger! Not my favorite cheese sauce for horseshoes but definitely not the worst.

Second time here and the food is exceptional and so is the atmosphere.

Try the elk burger and the bison burger and enjoyed the difference in flavor.

Girlfriend had the pork tenderloin and had a little spice but was a great flavor. Last time she had the cheeseburger and fries.

We will come here again

We stopped in after some friends suggested this place. It was well worth the visit. Horshoe was delicious and the building was very interesting. We sat next to a coyote that seemed at any moment as if it were going to eat off our plates. Definitely will go back when in town again.

The place is top notch from the moment you walk up! Open the door and you’re in another element! The taxidermy and details are just amazing! The waitress was so excited and friendly to wait on us, and the menu is nothing short of amazing! The owner was very friendly and he was happy to visit with us, and the food was delicious and super sized portions, for a decent price! We are definitely bringing the kids back when we are in town! They would be amazed!

Recently moved here and this is my regular spot. I love the huge selection of bourbon, especially the really hard to find bottles. I’ve had the heavens hill 18 special release three times now and will happily have it again. The owner is a really good guy and his staff is awesome.

We had reservations, the workers were so nice with everyone. We had great service plus great food.
A very nice dining experience. We had a special birthday that night and our waitress made sure to see that the Birthday person was taken care of.

Had a great late Sunday afternoon lunch here. Honestly looks a little rough around the edges from the outside, but the inside is inviting. My kids enjoyed the wildlife decor, but the food is where it's at! Duck on pizza is awesome, tackle box platter is delicious and fun, and the fried mushrooms are a meal by themselves. Draft beer included selections from many local breweries. Also, our waitress was top notch. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.

Saw an old friend who currently works here and it made me feel good to see her face again. The Stone West Coast IPA is great for you beer aficionados out there. Can't wait to come back!

We came for lunch today for my birthday on a recommendation from my parents. The buckeyes appetizer is great! The burger was exactly how I like it, my wife had the grilled chicken and said the seasoning was great and the chicken was juicy and delicious. We live 3+ hours away but visit the area for mini getaways so we will DEFINITELY be back the next time we are in town!

We ate at the Westwoods Lodge for the first time today and we were wowed! I love the atmosphere, service, and food. We got the breaded portobello mushrooms for a appetizer and they were bomb 🔥 😋. My husband got the prime rib horse shoe and I got the walleye horse shoe. I husband was in awe on how delicious his was. The prime rib just melted in his mouth. The price didnt break us either. We usually go to D'Arcys pint but this food blew theirs out of the water! I think this might be our new favorite place to go out to eat in Springfield!

Delicious food. Great prices and portions. Our server, Sarah, was wonderful. I had the pulled pork nachos with their home made chips. The pulled pork was very flavorful, and the cheese sauce was excellent. My niece loved the garlic Parmesan boneless wings and fries.

On arrival, the atmosphere was warm and people were obviously enjoying themselves. Our server was friendly, informative and efficient. My dinner partner and I enjoyed the grilled shrimp, onion rings, crawdads, pinecone mashed potatoes and slaw. All were excellent. Then we tried a variety of craft beers that we really liked. We'll be back as there were so many interesting items on the menu!

If you are looking for an intresting place in Springfield to visit, in a travel or a short visit, do not miss this location. It is full of real taxidermies from beautiful animals which takes a great deal of time to review. In addition, you can find very different foods, specially ones with deer or buffalo meat, usually from local hunters.
The food is really bulky and also cheap. Specially do not miss Kodiak burger and Yeti plate. They are very special to this place.

Im not picky eater but believe me when someone say you'll love there food. I'm obsessed with their gator, yeti, and boom boom sauce. Lots of bourbon choices. Takes a long time for the food everytime I go but worth it!

A very good place to eat. Started with the Portabella mushrooms. For my meal I had the Walleye with Pinecones and Cottage Cheese. My wife went with the Shrimp Dinner. The service was very good and the food came out quickly.

It was my first time in the restaurant. The food was good we had to wait but that isn't a bad thing either. Good experience.

It is a great spot to take the whole family, they have great food and great service. Migrator pizza is a must try, my mind was blown when I first had it. Pulled duck was awesome on the pie!

Great variety of food choices. Alot of unique meat choices. Loved the "PINECONES" with raspberry sauce.
