My partner and I have been wanting to try this place for a while now. We are so glad we made the stop. I got the peanut butter and Greg got the cookie monster. The packaging for the cupcakes is awesome. It's going to easily make it home and look just like it did at the store. I haven't eaten any of the cupcake infused ice cream yet but it looks equally delicious. We will be back when the next sweet tooth craving hits.

Wonderful customer service! I blanked and forgot to order a cake for my husband's birthday and called Smallcakes in a panic. I asked if I could place an order to be picked up later today. They worked with me and put together a beautiful assortment if all chocolate cupcakes with decorations. I couldn't be happier. Plus, the cupcakes are delicious!

Great little place for amazing cupcakes and ice cream. I love their red velvet ice cream and chocoholic, hot fudge cupcakes. The service is amazing, fast and perfect.

They have a great variety of cupcakes, and they make their own ice cream too! You can even have a mashup of cupcake in the ice cream. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you don't see the flavor you want it maybe in the back so always ask.

The degree of professionalism was off the charts. Cake was delicious and very fair pricing. I’d like to thank the staff for making my daughters first birthday day so awesome

I'm a cake person. I have very high standards for cake, frosting and filling and I can be difficult to please in this area. The cupcakes at this place are perfection! The cake is moist, light and flavorful. The frosting is smooth, creamy and fluffy. The fillings I tasted were wonderful. The service was friendly and helpful. The young lady answered my many questions cheerfully. I will definitely be back!

I stop here often and their cupcakes and pup cakes are delicious! Have tried numerous flavors and they are all good, but the pink chocolate is my favorite.

My dog recognizes the containers for their pup cakes and will even do his sit command when he sees it. Love their drive through window!

They are also super consistent and they take pride in their work.

We got the smash jar and a milkshake and they were delicious and picture perfect! The cake was soft and moist, the icing was delicious and the ice cream was perfect ! I will be back to try all of the many different flavors of cupcakes😋👍

Great flavors, knowledged staff, and they use butter and oil (no lard) very good!!!

My wife and I are very fond of this establishment. We have been here many times and always had exceptional service. The staff is absolutely fantastic and accommodating. Our only issue is we recently had their amazing Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes, and when we went back for more were told that they were a weekly special and no longer available. We would like them to come back soon. We would come back more often if they were available more frequently.

My mom placed an order of sugar free cupcakes here for my birthday. I was hesitant that they would taste artificial and too sweet. I was very surprised as they were the best cupcakes I have ever eaten, sugar or sugar free. I had to hide them from my family, they were amazing!

Always love going here! The cupcakes are not only very pretty but tasty! Just picked up some for a few friends who have birthdays. So hard to decide what kind but it doesn’t matter, they are all delicious! Friendly staff!!

My mother had come into this shop just before they officially opened and they gave her a cupcake, we came back for the first time today and the customer service was amazing. The younger blonde behind the counter was super nice and respectful. There was a "welcome", a "have a good day". The shop was super clean. They had a good selection of cupcakes. I just finished my first cupcake from the shop and it was excellent, super heavy and moist cake. Overall I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a quick, hassle-free delicious treat. :) (they have a punch card system too, 1 free cupcake per 12 visits)

A coworker brings these into work on special occasions. They are amazing. I love the peanut butter one. My kids have had the red velvet and they highly recommend that as well. There is definitely some sticker shock when you see the price but for something special; they're completely worth it. I also like that you can buy a box of assorted flavors. I may have to check the store out so I can get some of the ice cream too!

I got a cupcake from here and it improved my mood drastically. I don’t even really like sweets but omg this cupcake (seasonal pumpkin) goes so crazy. If you are ever feeling down you should buy yourself a small cakes cupcake it will literally turn your whole day around.

Had a really excellent pink vanilla cupcake, and I'm very picky about cake quality, everything tasted from scratch, moist and delicious! Staff was still adjusting to being open but very friendly and helpful, prices are high compared to grocery store bakeries but very fair for the quality. Excited to come back and try other flavors!

These are the best cupcakes I have ever had. The cake is always moist and tastes like the flavors they advertise. The icecream is probably some of the best in springfield. I admire that they give the remaining cupcakes to local charities instead of simply throwing then away. My sister and I are regulars, I would recommend visiting.

I had went there to buy cupcakes for my husbands birthday party, little expensive for cupcakes to order for a crowd, so I ordered half a dozen to share at home. I ordered birthday cake, whiskey caramel, lemon filled, and salted caramel....
They are DElicious, moist, some of the best I have ever eaten❣❣❣
