My wife and I drive from the quad cities to Sterling to buy from D and E furniture. Always a great selection and great prices. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The delivery guys are always helpful and cautious with the furniture as they carry items through the house to its destination.

Beautiful store with an almost overwhelming variety of options. Award-winning customer service, and the most efficient delivery crew in the tri-state area. Curly-haired salesman is pretty cute as well.

Had a recliner re-upholstered in Dixon and when we got it back it stayed in the reclined position. Called and talked with Abby who said they'd take a look at it. They picked it up at 1:30 today, Abby called said they fixed it, the base was put back on backwards by the upholstery shop, they fixed it plus a problem with the foot rest they saw and are returning the chair by 4:00 this afternoon! THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE!!!

My mom and I went looking for a electric lift chair and we found a very nice one at D.& E. The staff were polite and very knowledgable. We comparisioned shopped and found the best deal was at D. & E.
