We worked with Krista. She was able to work out an affordable financing plan. She ran several different options between payment options and different furniture options to fit our needs. She was friendly and easy to work with. I would go to her again with any of our home furnishing needs.

Krista was very helpful selling me the unique Maytag washing machine I was looking for that would both fit and match my stacked dryer, while providing all the features I was looking for. She went above and beyond getting other staff involved to install my new washer in a tricky location. Mr Knie is also the best; always willing to provide his expertise directly to the customer when needed. This is why we buy all our appliances from Knie Ashley Home Store and not the big box stores.

Went into the store on March 6th looking for a new refrigerator. The moment I walked in Krista was ready to help me find one that I loved! We talked over a couple and listened to me about what I didn't like about certain ones and that's when she showed me an LG that was exactly what I was looking for! I will 100% come back for any future purchases

Our sales associate was Krista Mobarak. She was so helpful. She approached us several times, yet gave us plenty of space. We never felt like she was hovering. She answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of helpful facts. She really knows her stuff! In the end, she helped us get a lower online price for the couch and love seat that we bought. We were so impressed with her that we didn’t even want to look anywhere else.

Krista helped us today with our selection of Flexsteel furniture! She was very helpful in discussing room space & color and was adept utilizing the software for pricing. I would recommend asking for Krista! We shop local!

She started by showing us the discounted couches instead of immediately trying to up-sell us like most other sales people would. She was very informative, beyond helpful, and overall perfectly friendly and professional. This was by far the easiest furniture buying experience we've ever had. If we need additional furniture pieces in the future we will be coming back to Ashley in Sterling, IL and requesting Krista.
