Broken windshield wiper because of the ice! I pulled up to the car service door. They went into the store, selected rhe correct wiper, rang it up, and one of the mechanics ran outside and put it on my car. Always helpful!!!

Bought 4 BF GOODRICH 4PLY 20" tires for my Chevy Silverado 2500 DURAMAX and the treadmill is all but disappeared. Won't honor the warranty said I never came in for rotation! 💀
I said check your paperwork or your security cameras..I've been there for all of them! Left message for the manager and still no response!?¿? Been over 4 months now... I still shop Farm n Fleet
But I'll never get tires there anymore. Extremely disappointed with this part of the store but the rest of it is top notch!

Good service decent prices and have almost everything you need

I've always liked farm n fleet. I don't recommend buying online though. As their site says they have things that they don't actually have in the store. But in-store is always good.

A culturally rich spot for any tourist interested in how Sterling people live. Unfortunately did not spot local hero Thaddeus here. Very culturally rich, I highly recommend to fellow tourists

Employees are very nice and help when you need it. Store is very clean. Everything is easy to find so you can get in and out of the store quick. Though if you have a soft spot for baby animals don't go over to the chicks you will spent 5 mins staring at them

Go in this store for Christmas and maybe two times in summer. I like the store but think the hubby likes it more.

This store has everything! Good prices, friendly staff and you can bring your dog! We love this place! The fellow shoppers are great, staff treats you like family! Seriously fantastic experience.

I love this place so much. The best tools hands down, you'll only find quality products here. I don't go anywhere else in town here for tools. If the great tools aren't enough, you get to enjoy the amazing smell that is farm and fleet. They seriously need to make air freshners and wax cubes with the classic farm and fleet scent. I'd say they should make a farm and fleet cologne but you'd be spending your whole day trying to keep the ladies off you. Finally the nut selection is off the charts, if there's a nut you're looking for then I'm sure they'll have it. I like to go in, take in the smell, grab a new tool, a couple fat bags of nuts and some body wash because they only sell the most manly scents in there. Pretty sure my beard grows 5 inches just coming out of there.

Decent prices. Well organized. What gets 5 stars is the service. I needed a size it said they had but wasn't on the shelf. 2 ladies spent 10 minutes finding it in the back for me!

Am able to get in and out quickly, and I get all my name brand tennis shoes there on clearance, many times half price.

I truly enjoy each time I visit this local store. All of the staff are courteous and friendly. If you need assistance finding something they don't come off as tho they are annoyed that you asked for help like some stores. Not these guys, the staff at Blaine's Farm & Fleet in Sterling, IL always appear more than happy to help you, they go above and beyond and actually take you to the location of the item. If there are staff at the service desk not helping customers they greet everyone that walks in with a smile. They store is always clean and overall very well stocked. Thanks to all of the awesome staff here for all that you do!
