Delaney's Smokehouse

Our group had several dishes. Children ate the grilled cheese, fried chicken. The fried chicken was phenomenally good. Well seasoned inside the meat. The Cuban sandwich was very tasty. The pulled pork, pony shoe and hamburger were all very well prepared and a clean plate was given by all. That’s a sign of success.

The pulled pork is fabulous along with the sausage and smoked wings! Love it.

Went there for lunch on a Monday. Only ones in there. Really good fried chicken and pulled pork horseshoe.

First time there, that I remember anyway. Food was good. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have anything fried because I have e shellfish allergy...happens all the time ☹ I got the Italian beef and it was the bomb! Everyone was so friendly. Met a couple friends for dinner and didn't have to worry about too many people around us. They had people far enough away so you don't have to worry about social distancing. I'll be going back for another Italian Beef sandwich!!!

Really good food. Well, I should say fish and fries because that is what I keep ordering. It is so good. The fish is white and flaky with a light coating and not greasy. The fries are thin and crispy. Yummy. The service is efficient and very friendly.

They have great food here! It's a little small and not much seating since it's a very small bar but I've never had a bad dish or beer here!

Went here for the first time tonight. Very impressed with the food and staff. The owner was on site and checked on everyone to make they enjoyed the food. I highly recommend ordering cheese sauce!!!

Unlike dew chilli this place is not half oil
If you want your value for your dollar. I got cup of chili here and it was more food than bowl at dew .

Great food and service both. If your a buffalo chicken person, try the shoe. Also have heard great things about the fried chicken special and the prime rib special.

Great north end bar restaurant, excellent smoked foods

Off the beaten path gem! The service was great. The food was great. The drinks were cheap. It's a small space so space is limited, but well worth checking it out.

Very very good food and service. I loved our waitress/bartender/cashier. She has an amazing personality. A wonderful hidden gem.

One of the best kept secrets in Springfield. Friendly atmosphere (though very small), with excellent food. Make sure you get in early to enjoy this gem of central Illinois!
