Eric was an excellent service advisor that despite being very busy that day, I felt like I was his #1 priority. This high level of customer service is really difficult to find nowadays, but Carz R Us has it. Their technicians also uncovered a hard to find problem that I had with my F-250 that could have been a major safety issue if it wasn't fixed. They drove to Dekalb to get the part same-day just so we could stay on schedule. If you want to feel confident in your decision when choosing an auto repair shop, then call Carz R Us. Carz R' Us serviced both my car and my husband's car within a week of one another. While mine was a pretty standard brake change, my husband had some rattling that we didn't quite know how to handle. They were wonderful with both - giving us a loaner car both times, which made life so much easier. They found what was rattling in my husband's car and while the work would have been about $2,000, they said it wasn't a safety issue and wouldn't necessarily recommend completing it. What service!! It made it so easy to trust them - they didn't push things just to make a profit. They organized the needs in terms of priority. They were so easy to work with and did great work on both vehicles. Customer for life!

Back in June I had major work on my car - a 2016 Toyota convertible with 91,000 miles that I love - timing belt replaced with water pump, spark plugs replaced, oil change, transmission drain and fill, brake fluid replaced, fuel system cleaned and 4 new tires. Carz R Us has been servicing my car for a number of years now and I have always been pleased with the service and the staff. And I love the Carz R Us dogs - I always make sure I bring doggie biscuits with me! Sorry this review is so late, but I had major work done on me the end of July!

Love the customer service Cars R Us provides. They have excellent communication in voice, text and email. Not only do they make recommendations on other services your car needs, they also give you pricing for the proposed services. I definitely recommend them!

I’m from RI and saw a car online I wanted to purchase but I had no way of knowing if there was anything mechanically wrong with it. The process with them couldn’t have been any smoother. I spoke with both owners and they made it very easy. They were able to fit the car in to be seen the next day. They went through the entire car front to back, pictures taken and a list of items sent to me to include what is good, what will need to be repaired soon and what needs to be fixed immediately. The document they send is very easy to understand and problem list is separated between green, yellow and red. Even after they were done with it and I looked over the document they reached out to me personally and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I ended up purchasing the car and drove it 16 hours home with no problems whatsoever! I couldn’t be more happier for the outstanding service they provided and even asked them if they were willing to move to RI! They are top notch in my opinion!

I had my oil changed with CarzRUs a few weeks ago and it was such a smooth experience. Eric was prompt to return my call to get things set up and ordered windshield wiper blades needed for my specific make/model. I even had to reschedule my first appointment and it was very easy to do via my phone. They picked up my keys at the beginning of my work day and had my car returned in less than 6 hours. I received a very comprehensive review of my car and what items I need to focus my attention on next. We will definitely use their services again! They run a very good and trustworthy business.

Done in a timely manner. Also go out of their way to provide excellent service. I needed an oil change but had no way to get my car there, so they picked up my car, did my oil change, and brought my car back. Thankful for having a repair shop I can rely on. I've honestly never had a more pleasant experience getting work done on my car. I utilized their valet service, so they came to get my car while I was at work and it was just so convenient. Very upfront about pricing, and they send you a detailed inspection of your car right to your phone. Seriously so happy with this company!

One of the best mechanics in Rockford. As a young lady, I so appreciate the respect I feel from the employees here and the trust they strive to achieve with their customers. This place literally sent one of their own employees across town to deliver a part to a different mechanic that was working on my car because they didn't have it. They did not ask a cent of me, just that I continue to come to them for service in the future. Talk about amazing service. Please pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Best place to go, a little more expensive than other places but it’s worth it. The customer service is excellent, they’re very clear with what they have done/ found. They always treat me very kindly and I’ve never wanted to go anywhere else for my repairs

My first visit was a great experience. I witnessed the hard work and dedication they provide to Fleet vehicles and private individuals like myself. It was -19 degrees with the wind chill of 40 below zero. And they had me in and out right away and servicing the Fleet vehicles that were towed in that would not start because of the cold weather.

Extremely satisfied with the service. Made it very easy to schedule an appointment, get my oil changed and pay for the service. The extra service was giving me a ride back to work and delivering my car topped it off. Thank you for all your help.

Just took both of our cars in for service and Theresa and Eric were very nice and helped set up with a convenient time to get both our vehicles in, very fast and price was reasonable for over all saving us the mess and time to do it our self ,would definitely recommended Carz R Us !!Thank you and look forward to bring my cars back

Carz R Us replaced the engine in my truck and I'm very happy with their work. Their customer service is excellent. They also repaired my window and it's very nice to be able to roll it up and down again, ha ha. They repaired the stabilizer link and a bunch of other things for us. The truck is doing great and we'd recommend this place to anyone. They also provide pictures of the problem and a detailed inspection. They are honest and professional. Glad we chose their business.

Carz R Us is a friendly business. They treat your vehicle as if it were their own. I got a full inspection and breakdown of what was wrong with my vehicle and what was urgent to repair and what I needed to attend to in the near future. Another shop in the Rockford area was about to charge me for something that was not needed. I knew they were trying to take advantage me. Instead, I took it here, and Carz R Us steered me away from the wrong repair and did the repair that I truly needed to keep my vehicle safe on the road. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. These guys care about their customers. I would recommend everyone to bring your vehicle here.

What a gem! I was visiting family as I live in Minnesota and I needed an oil change and tire rotation and balance.
They got me in same day, had excellent communication, cleaned out the excessive dirt and rock from my wheel wells from living on a gravel road and were so affordable.
I highly recommend them for your auto maintenance and repair needs.
