Great customer service. Excellent quality on the product I ordered. Turned out better than I expected. Will be ordering another round of memorial stickers and embroidered patches next! Would definitely recommend Justice Graphics to anyone seeking quality and professionalism.

Very poor customer service. Products are not recieved in the time they advertise . They have not responded to multiple emails . After taking over 3 months to recieve 1 polo shirt, they claim it was on backorder but didn't bother notifying of that . Then to make up for it they reimbursed 5%.... How generous . The jacket I ordered had the wrong embroidery .

My husband was involved in a Not-for-profit organization and on behalf of the organization's president, placed an order for patches to be made in June of 2023 . Invoice states the NFP name with invoice # and my husband as the customer. In September 2023 my husband left the NFP and emailed Justic Graphics regarding this change and provided new contact information of the president of the NFP. The NFP has not paid Justice Graphics for the services and Justice Graphics still has the product in their possession. My husband just received a letter from Justice Graphics with the intention they will send him to collections over the unpaid amount of $755.54 even though the invoice was placed through the NFP while he was a representative. We are currently researching legal options if this progresses any further.
