Mom + Pop’s

Visited for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I were able to sit and have a conversation while our young kids played in the kids corner ( within view ). I ordered the pot roast. Portions were great, food was delicious and presented in a visually appealing way. I feel like the pot roast is the most expensive item on the menu at $17- well worth it for the amount and quality. The fresh baked bread was the cherry on top! Highly recommend if you’re in the area. (The shops on the square are close by, too)

The restaurant was wonderful! The food was delicious, serving size generous, and environment very friendly. The employees were very kind, and the other patrons were also very nice. If you are around the restaurant, definitely stop here for a fantastic feast!

I went for a dinner pop up fried chicken buffet and it was delicious! They had grilled chicken w cheese & tomatoes, fried chicken, chicken tenders, and spicy chicken tenders. Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes (w two options for gravy, brown & white), corn, green beans, and fresh baked rolls as sides AND a salad bar. There were 3 - 5 types of cookies for dessert as well.

All of this + a drink came to $24. Definitely well priced as it was all you could eat!

There wasn't a single item I would improve, every dish was excellent. If you haven't checked out Mom & Pops yet, get yourself there ASAP!

(as an out of towner getting to Petersburg during their normal business lunch hours is tricky, so I'm happy they do dinner pop ups - hopefully they'll make dinner service during the week a permanent fixture!)

Everything is so good that when I go in I have a hard time limiting myself to just one choice. We always get dessert. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is great. Always worth stopping in for a bite. Definitely worth driving off the beaten path to eat here.

Absolutely thrilled with my experiences at Mom and Pops! Their service is truly unparalleled, and the food consistently exceeds expectations. Today was my first visit and I was not disappointed! I had the tenderloin sandwich with ranch fries and coleslaw. Delicious!!! Our server, Rachel was great. Just the right amount of attention. The unsweet tea was underwhelming and I was rather chilly but I can't wait to try the other food options. Everything I saw getting delivered to other tables looked absolutely 👏 amazing! Definitely worth the trip.

Very good place. Have driven from Lincoln multiple times just to eat lunch there. The drive is worth it

The tastiest fried chicken I'd had in ages, wonderful atmosphere, and kind, connected owners! 100% worth the drive if you don't live in the area, as along with the delicious food you can walk to square near by to visit adorable boutiques, a solid local brewery, and winery nearby.

Mom & Pops is consistently such good food. Best sandwich I’ve had in my life. Amazing portions for the price and a great play area for the kids to play if they get antsy.

Excellent menu! So many good choices! Chicken tendies were yummy!

Their food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were incredibly friendly. "The Donna" with ranch fries was perfectly dreamy. "The Chicken Sammich" was gianormous, and my husband said it tasted great. He even ate hisnside salad. Our baby loved her kids meal, too. Very family friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Great food & wonderful service. Loved the fried chicken, potatoes and gravy, green beans, and homemade bread. Snickerdoodles were really good too. Can't wait to return & try the salad bar.

Food was amazing, service was great, clean and reasonably priced, large servings. Took home some of the baked goods, hopefully they will be able to extend their hours into some evenings otherwise a great place for lunch, I believe they also serve breakfast.

The fried chicken sandwich was out of this world! The sauce is awesomeness!! And the owner comes around to check on you! Plus the wait staff is super friendly and timely!!! I encourage everyone to check it out!!!

We went to an event they catered. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend them. Can’t wait to try the restaurant
