Great place to get pet supplies very friendly team members and very knowledgeable on things got a new electrical cat litter box and tried a litter with it and it made a mess went there to see about help with it and they were able to assist no problem and even told me if there was any issues with the litter to bring it back and they could get me a refund on it and try and assist with another type of litter great service and my daughter loved petting then cat they had for a forever home sweet cat very good with her and she is 6 and our current cat won't even let her pet her but this cat was so calm and playful hope he gets a home soon

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Adopted a new kitten recently, and they helped me find the right kind of food and answered all of my daughters hundreds of questions

We shop here for all our pets needs and browse our piquing curiosities. They are always friendly, knowledgeable about their animals and willing to answer any questions you have. This location has a self serve dog wash, but will also accept grooming appointments. Favorite pet place in Springfield!

the only store in town where i can find Primal freeze-dried dog food, plus the sale prices are really good for a decent amount of time...the employees are always very pleasant and helpful...i like when they have birds in the cage upfront - love the sounds!

Morgan in the dog salon is hands down the best. She's the only person that can consistently get my dog to let her do his nails and she's so kind and gentle with him while doing it. 10/10. So long as she's here i'll never take him to another groomer.

I have only been to this store twice. I just left the second time and I have to say that I am beyond impressed! The first time I was there I was greeted and welcomed. They said I was not just a customer but a neighbor. Now that’s all nice and everything but the proof was in my second visit. A month after my first visit, I returned. I was greeted again. They remembered what fish I had! I said I was checking on their tank sale and they even remembered what size aquarium I was looking for a month before! Their prices are amazing, their tanks are beautiful and their fish look fantastic. All of that brought me back the second time, but the personal connection has officially made me a life long customer! I can’t wait to get back!
