My wife and I stopped in tonight for the first time and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. They have a wide verity of products and juices and one of the friendliest places in town. Not only where the prices great and a great selection of juices and mods, but her personality was bigger than the building. We really enjoyed our shopping experience and thank you for all the laughs through our visit. We will definitely both be back in the very near future to enjoy the atmosphere and great company!!!

I love going to Sera’s shop. She is fun to talk to and very friendly. I generally stick to a certain flavor of juice, but getting vape tongue from it. Sera was on point with a new juice for me. It was love at first vape. I loved her recommended juice.

Owner and product selection is amazing. They were so knowledgeable about the product they have. Even though I had never been there before they made me feel like a regular and the atmosphere is friendly inclusive and overall welcoming. If you have never been you should definitely go.

I can't stress enough how friendly clean and well-stocked this vape store really is. We have tried all the local shops, literally having to hope they actually have one of the several products we like in stock, and often being disappointed. It's really cool that Sera's has casino games, but you don't have to gamble with her having your products in stock. In fact my boyfriend had asked her about pods that he can't seem to find anymore, she special ordered them on the spot, WOW talk about A+ customer service. We will drive the extra 15 minutes from Marion because excellent customer service, a great atmosphere, and the best stock and product lineup I have seen in Southern Illinois is 100% worth it!

I cannot express how much I appreciate this place. Sera is honestly so patient and so nice. She explains everything very well. She also keeps amazing conversation and is so kind and knowledgeable. The variety she has is phenomenally large. Would give more stars but it only goes to 5.

I started coming here after the town I lived in shut down all their vape stores. It’s such a hassle to order online and have to wait for your products because if you run out, you’re just out until it gets there which is super inconvenient.

The owner is fantastic, she’s incredibly friendly and she’s always got some absolutely bops playing every time I come in. Her selection is good and includes more than just vape products, like a wide array of CBD products. The prices don’t break your bank and the reward system is more than reasonable.

Plus she offers online orders so you can schedule to pick them up, and then your order is ready when you get there! She always does delivery which I’ve never seen another vape shop do. I love Sera’s rainbow clouds 😍

Awesome new vape shop! Sera is so great! Very knowledgeable about all types of tanks, mods and juices. The shop is great! Excellent prices. Excellent quality. The hours are super convenient! Aside from the fantastic service, my favorite part is that ALL the testers are sub-ohm tanks. It makes such a huge difference to me. It's more accurate as far as the flavors, so I feel confident with my juice purchases. Highly recommend visiting this store! You won't be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience here. The customer service is over the top!!! She was super friendly, informative, checked in with me to see how my experience with my vape was going, and she ordered a special gift for me for my daughters ( my daughter is an adult) birthday that I wanted that she didn't carry and it arrived in two days. The attention to fitting my needs was just amazing. I highly recommend shopping here for all your vaping need!!!!!!

Sera is very helpful when it comes to choosing what you'd like and has plenty of options on vaping devices and juices. What i liked the most was that the store was open as late as past 9 pm! Well that was very comfy for me not to rushing to any other stores when i was off of work.
