Dr Capati is the best dentist ever. I had to get an emergency tooth extracted and it was as pleasant as it could be. His bedside manner is wonderful, he explained everything in a manner that was very easy to understand and helped alleviate my anxiety about the situation. Dr Capati is very knowledgeable and professional in his expertise and so are his staff. His office is very nice and clean. Capati Dental is honest and trustworthy, I can’t say enough good things!

It’s not even a question, Dr. Capati is the best dentist you will ever have the pleasure of having. The office is inviting. The staff is so kind, patient, and thorough, and so willing to answer any questions you may have. They are affordable and so helpful. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Capati and the staff here are great. Been a patient six years. They work with your insurance, so give them a shot even if they may not be in your network. Quality work and care.

Dr. Capati’s office is clean and welcoming. All the staff are kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to make my child’s first visit a great experience.

The staff is always friendly and pleasant. My first visit they were quick to let me know exactly what to expect financially and regarding the procedures. They are conscious of different needs and capabilities when it comes to insurance and things like that. I was nervous about my first cleaning in a long time and Brittany made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed! She is wonderful. Dr. Capati is always thorough and never seems rushed. I’m very happy with my experiences there!

Dr. Capati and his staff is just wonderful. I haven't had bad experience there. I always trust their recommendations and I have never been offered unnecessary procedures. This is very different from my past experiences with other dentist's offices. All staff members, from front desk and dental hygienist, are very professional and courteous. I consistently have a great experience at Capati Dental. Lauren and the rest of the office staff is very nice and sends text updates for appointment reminders and clear instructions for Covid precautions. Brittany is a knowledgeable hygienist and is always thorough and caring. Mary saw my young child for their first appointment as well and did a great job creating a comfortable environment. I always find this office to be very detail oriented and is more honest than other dental providers I've seen previously. Highly recommend Capati Dental.

Best Dentist Ever! Capati Dental has phenomenal services and technologies that make going to the dentist a fun experience. During your service in a private room, you are able to fully relax watching a live stream of penguins (adorable) while having almost every service done without moving! Capati Dental uses state of the art equipment and utilizes their well trained and friendly staff to service any need proficiently. If I could rate higher than 5/5 I would! They have gained this new patient for life!

It was such a wonderful experience!!! From the first point of contact the receptionist, very kind and compassionate, made sure me and my son understood every step. And oh not to mention the nurse and Dr. Capati they both were so amazing they made sure my son was comfortable and talked him through every step of the extraction!!! He had little pain during the whole ordeal and NO PAIN or complaints just a day later! I am so grateful for them and have recommended them to everyone I know here in town they are good at what they do and it shows!! Thank you guys and god bless

Easily the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Capati and his staff were incredibly friendly, very thorough, and took their time. I learned a lot about the state of my teeth and feel confident with a plan for good health going forward. Capati Dental quickly earned long-term patients with my family and I couldn't recommend them more.

After moving here from Missouri I was very nervous to find another dentist. The reason that I was nervous is because I believe it is hard to find a honest but very thorough dentist with flexible hours! I got a referral to Capati dental from a friend here in Springfield. I have been going to Capati dental for about 8 years now the staff is very pleasant with great personality! Every time I walk out of there I feel like I am there only patient because of the great Professional care and treatment I receive!

Very nice! I was impressed with my entire experience.
Dr. Capati started out my first appointment with a personal one on one sit down to go over my history, introduce himself and was able to answer any questions or concerns right from the start.
The examination was well documented and thorough. I was given a detailed treatment plan with a very reasonable estimate for future work that needed to be done.
Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Dr. Capati to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Being a new patient (and one that hadn’t been to the dentist in a while), I wasn’t sure what to expect when I visited Dr. Capati’s office. I ended up being very satisfied with my visit. Everyone from Dr. Capati to the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt like they had my best interests at heart. My long hiatus from dental visits wound up being no issue, and I got the best care for my teeth. I highly recommend Dr Capati and his staff to anyone that is looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Capati and ALL staff are absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of dental hygiene and restoration work. Makes you feel "right at home", patient with insurance billing/payments and on time and very timely appointments.

My kids love Dr. Capati and his wonderful hygienists, as do I when I take them there. Mary Kay is so personable and has become like a good friend after about five years of my kids being patients. The office has taken thorough precautions in light of COVID-19, and I always feel comfortable there. Dr. Capati and his staff have also gone above and beyond to make sure my daughter's habit corrector fits right and is comfortable. This practice is extremely kid-friendly, with giant, wall-mounted TVs that they can watch to stay content and entertained during exams and waiting time. The downtown location is also very convenient for us, as my office and my kids' schools are both nearby. Furthermore, it's great to know we are supporting a local business. I highly, highly recommend Capati Dental!

Dr Capati and his staff are the most caring generous and compassionate people I have ever met in the dentistry field. The expertise is second to none I went in for a full restoration and couldn’t be more happy with the results so far !!! We love everyone at Capati Dental! They have always treated my family with such great care and continue to provide exceptional services on every visit. We especially loved the informative teaching we received from our hygienist (Ann) regarding proper ways to brush and floss in order to keep our teeth/gums healthy and looking good!
