Needed a new bulb for my headlight. It was less than $20. Plus the gentleman was so nice and installed it for me without asking for extra. I was very appreciative.

Pretty much broke down in the parking lot of this place and let me tell you the professionalism, respectfulness, and downright helpful nature of an employee named mike! He coached me on how to change a spark plug among many other tasks. If anybody needs something from this store ask for Mike cause this guy is the man!

Very helpful and experienced people work here that do know a little more then auto part stores . I shop here and have never had an issue. They are super nice and very professional.

I'm traveling through town when I realized there was an air leak in my system...making my truck lose power. Sure enough there I located a hose plug that wouldn't keep its seal. Devon was a big help! She worked with me to figure out what the part was called and part number. Thank you!

I tell ya. I'm not a mechanic. I'm a parts replacer. Sharing knowledge is important. The responses don't make you feel bad. Very insightful Honest and overall, just plain great service. Better then you know who.

While 300 miles away from my home the engine check indicator showed up . Took it to O Reilly Auto. They checked my car and helped me out. The engine check light turned out to be no issue. But having them confirm this gave me complete peace of mind on my way back home.

Very nice people. They will bend over backwards to help you. I had trouble getting my car to start and took it over to see if they could run a diagnostic. Well then my car wouldn't start. The gentleman messed around for half an hour helping me, even brought his truck over to see if he could jump start it. Well finally he figured out that the problem was either the starter or the wire on the starter. He managed to get the car running by touching the starter with a wrench while I turned the key. Saved me a towing bill! I asked if I could pay him something for trouble-shooting and he said not to worry about it.

Exceptional customer service. I broke down almost 400 miles from home. They had exactly the part I needed and let me use a cart with enough tools to get myself back on the road. 👍👍👏.
