I’m from Joliet and love it when I get outstanding service from start to finish. Kudos to Madison and Alston, at this Victoria Secrets they were very patient with us and my unhappy granddaughter. They didn’t mind measuring and placing an order on line to ship to my home. Thanks guys I had fun shopping and I’m not the type that does this for myself.

Ms. Lanetta Cole did an amazing job of helping me find exactly the right style and fit solving the problem of which panties would work after my recent weight loss. This helpful young lady efficiently ordered them for me and they arrived today! She then signed me up for a Pink card which qualified me for some FREE merchandise and showed me her favorite scent, Bombshell Paradise along with other great items at no cost to me. It was the highlight of my trip and really made my day!! Excellent customer service from beginning to end!! ;D

Love Victoria Secret it's one of my favorite stores. People who don't shop there tend to think it's all bra's and panties and lingerie but they have regular clothes too. I especially love there athletic wear sets! Also almost every time I shop there i get a bag or blanket or water bottle free!! The last time I got a very nice floral bag priced at 70 dollars and a beach blanket priced at 45 for free with my purchase. Did I mention I love Victoria Secret?!!

Staff is always amazing and informative. Random deals always available in store or online. Expensive but good quality and a good name for a reason. I love my Victoria bras and the pink line of clothing.
