Working out with Kalenia has been an amazing experience. She is a really nice person whose expertise shows through with every training session. My transformation over the last 8 months has been impressive, all thanks to her. I needed to get back into working out but needed direction. Kalenia provides that and more. She explains the reasoning behind each exercise, demonstrates the correct way to do it, tells you which muscle group she is targeting and makes sure you are feeling the workout in the targeted areas.
I have gained confidence in myself, the scale is moving but more importantly the toning and shaping has made all my clothes fit much better. I’m wearing outfits that I haven’t worn in years. Do yourself a favor and get signed up for training, your future self will thank you!!

After training with Kaleina for the last several months, I've lost 30 lbs and improved my body composition. She is amazing and offers nutrition plans as well as workouts. Every workout is something different so I never get bored. She listens to what your goals are and helps create a plan to get you there. I have been working out with Kaleina for almost 3 months now and she has encouraged me to dramatically change my diet for the better which has transformed my overall mood and energy. I've been a couch potato for most of my adult life. I knew I had to do something to regain my life. On faith, I googled personal trainers in my area. Kaleina worked with my work schedule to meet us in her home to go over the program and pricing. I wanted to use a personal trainer who would motivate me and push me and my body and felt embarrassed to go to a public gym.

I signed up for a month with three workouts per week. I have my weigh in this week. I also signed up for Kaleina's nutrition plan. I stuck exactly to the workouts and nutrition plan. Her workouts, combined with the nutrition plan, have been amazing. I eat healthy and never feel hungry. I also no longer have those "hunger headaches." So far, in two weeks, I've lost 17 pounds and countless inches. I've never been able to lose that kind of weight before. I have a long way to the fitness level I want, but with Kaleina, i'm getting closer everyday. Her home gym is large and has multiple equipment options. She's a delight and is willing to arrange early or late appointments.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing of a personal trainer Kaleina is!! I needed her for a short time and in that time she did an amazing job and helped me get where I needed to be. There are not enough words to thank her for all of her help. She is super flexible with scheduling and willing to sacrifice her own personal time to help a client.
She knows her stuff when it comes to nutrition and physical fitness. She is very knowledgeable and always able to provide advice or give a little extra support and confidence booster.
I would recommend Kaleina to anyone for any physical or nutritional needs. She will help you achieve whatever you are wanting. Highly recommend and can't wait to get back to her being my personal trainer when I am done with training for my job.

Kaleina is an awesome personal trainer! She is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness and has helped me lose weight and gain strength. I have been working out with Kaleina since July 2015. She is absolutely the best. Her work-outs are designed specific for what your goals are and she has a great nutritional layout to help you with weight goals, body fat and inches!!!! She pushes me out of my comfort zone and has helped me to gain not only muscle tone but flexibility. I've had several broken bones and injuries in the past and she works with me on some limitations that I have but she's taken me further than I ever thought possible with my body!! She is such an awesome motivator which is huge in keeping me on track and keeping on, keeping on. Kaleina is truly a blessing to me. So glad I found her.

I would highly recommend her to anyone at any age - I am in my late 50's and did not think I could ever lose weight. Kaleina is a professional trainer and it shows with the results that I have had in the last 6 months. She makes working out so much fun and knows how to keep you motivated. She is always changing your workout so you are working all of your body. I am on the nutrition plan that she tailors to your personal needs and it works.

I highly recommend working with Kaleina! I worked out with her 2 days a week, 45 minutes each session for a total of 3 months (plus started doing cardio at least a couple days a week per her guidance). I actually had to take a full month off after our first 30 days due to foot surgery and I still ended up losing 16.2 lbs... which is actually a noticeable amount when you're only 5 ft 1 in. And I could not be happier! She helped me ease back into working out as my foot healed. She taught me how to change my eating habits for weight loss and just overall healthier living, and I honestly never feel like I'm "starving" anymore. Plus, she taught me tons of exercises that I can now do on my own at the gym. She is easy-going, super approachable, and flexible when I had something suddenly come up. Thanks to her, I feel a difference in my clothes AND confidence. If you want results and are willing to put in the work, Kaleina will get you there.

Kaleina is PHENOMENAL!!! I have been training with her for a few months and have seen fantastic results! She creates workouts that target exactly what you need to work on but still manages to work your full body. Her gym is clean, has a wide variety of equipment, and offers you the comfort of training outside of loud over crowded gyms. I will defiantly continue training with her for a long time!!!

I started working out with Kalina after not having stepped foot in a gym in almost 3 years.Her personal training sessions are the only things I have stayed dedicated to in 3 years. Kalina made me nutrition and workout plans that not only have allowed me to lose 14 pounds, but I never felt hungry. If you are considering a personal trainer you could not pick a better person. She is skilled in training men and women, and if a highly accomplished fitness competitor. You should choose her for all your personal training and nutrition needs. Her gym is a "non-judgement" zone, unlike many gyms, and a clean, comfortable place to workout.

I absolutely loved working out with Kaleina! She made working out so much more enjoyable! She pushed me to do things that I never thought I would be able to do. I looked forward to every workout with her(which is saying a lot because I hate working out!) The time flew by so fast and I would always be sore the next day which to me was the best feeling ever because I knew I was building muscle and losing fat which were my goals. I was stuck at 206 to 210 lbs and decided to start walking again. As I walked the sidewalks of Dauphin street, something caught my eye in the store front glass. With every step was a tummy jiggle in the glass.
That was my turning point, you will have your own starting point.
I wanted to get rid of body fat. I wanted to get to a more healthy state. I wanted to build some muscle. I wanted to understand how my body interacts with different foods. I wanted to understand how to use the diet/food knowledge to improve my health, improve my energy. And I didn’t want to repeat my previous mistakes.
I invested in the nutrition plan and Kaleina found ways to incorporate what I eat into her plan using my foods to develop a balanced diet.
Results, get to the good stuff, we say.
I had been taking blood pressure medicine for 6 years and I was running 135/90. After a few months on Kaleina’s plan, I stopped talking the blood pressure medicine and still had blood pressure at 125/75. I have had cholesterol a bit above 200 for a while and it dropped to 162. I am still on medication, I am just better. Body fat has gone from 28% to 22%. Weight has gone from 206 to 182 pounds.
Less bodyfat, lower weight, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, and more lean muscle; healthier.
I had started my own get healthy plan in the past. I just ended up hurting myself by over exerting.
Kaleina has carefully, slowly added weight without causing pain. She listens and adjusts the work out plan to account for my old injuries. She keeps changing the details of the workout plan which makes it more enjoyable long term.
I also choose to follow Kaleina’s recommendations for extra cardio. You will make your choices. I believe you will be more than satisfied if you work with Kaleina to improve your health.

Entry number two! Post Covid-19
So, I had been working with Kaleina for several months and kept seeing month over month of steady improvement in muscles tone, fat loss, muscle size increase and muscle definition improvement.
Then came the Rona!!! No! We will not let that stop us even though Kaleina and I would be 3 hours apart for the next three months. I borrowed some weights (surprisingly few in weight) and then we brain-stormed on how I could make a gym out of the garage.
An ice chest full of water became a bench. Rope and some PVC pipe became T-REX, and old mattress topper became a mat on the concrete floor. 35lbs of water bottles were packed in the work back-pack for leg work, and a ramp bought to help an old puppy get up stairs became part of the inclined bench. Then I sprayed a little car polish on the concrete for abdomen work-outs with towels. Kaleina quickly adjusted to what we had to work with, as we tried different exercises to mimic what we had been doing in the gym. We used FaceTime so that I could see what she was explaining and she could watch me to be sure my form and execution were working the intended muscle groups.
The results have been awesome to me. I went from please don't ask why I leave my shirt on in the pool, to "I want to take my shirt off to show you what we've done." I dropped a few more pounds. I dropped another pant size...going from 38" waist last August to 32" waist in June . Body fat has gone from 28% down to 22% in February and now down to 20.2% in June. Slow, steady, healthy, and persistent improvement. If that is what you want, give Kaleina a call. I am fast approaching 60 years old. In the last 10 months, I have gone from my highest weight ever back down to my high school senior graduation weight. I never thought that would be the case.

Mrs Craig is a life saver! She is very knowledgeable in her approach to fitness and DIET! I am a 53 year old post two knee surgeries Man. I tried on my own to drop a few pounds only to drop 5 pounds in 5 months. Kaleina got my core in shape first, this was the key to me now being able do things I never thought I could do. My weight loss was slow, then i subscribed to her diet structure. BOOM the pounds are coming off! With her help I am down almost 30 pounds. I feel better than I have felt in years.

Her workouts are not easy, I often tell others I hate her three times a week.

Although I haven't had the pleasure of working out with Kaleina, I HAVE used her service for a customized nutrition plan. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with her guidance in this area and very highly recommend that you use her knowledge for your nutritional needs. I am an athletic person who exercises daily, with most of my workouts being quite intense. But...I can't seem to rid myself of this layer of fat that covers my toned, shapely body; all because I looooove junk food and get very discouraged, and even a bit confused, when I try to eat healthy. All these ingredients and suggestions and opinions, etc. of how to maintain healthy eating can be overwhelming. And not to mention, many healthy recipes claim to taste so delicious that even the biggest junk food lovers and pickiest of eaters would approve. But I have yet to find any of these. I DO NOT EAT ANY VEGETABLES, so in the past, it has been quite difficult for me to maintain a healthy diet. But with Kaleina's genius plan she designed for me, I have lost 9 lbs. in 4 weeks and am finally seeing the changes in my body that I've wanted for years! Also, I've noticed other details that indicate a positive change in my overall health; my fingernails look better, my hair looks better, I'm highly energetic and just plain happy! All of this has come after following Kaleina's nutrition plan. I told her what I like and don't like to eat, and she was able to put together something that I could stick with; including healthy recipes that actually taste GOOD!
