I can’t say enough about Meredith and her staff; Alexis and Bridget! They are wonderful to work with and very patient. Working with Meredith was like working with a close friend/sister. It was a long fought victory and I would not recommend anyone other than Miss Rucker to represent me or anybody that is fighting for the custody of their children! Sometimes it takes longer than normal because of overcrowding and overbooking but that is no fault of the attorney that is because there are so many cases and so few judges but she never gave up on me never gave up on my fight and I have my children now thanks to her!!!

best lawyer ever...

I originally retained Meredith in January to handle my divorce. I used her for 2 weeks before switching to another attorney since my case was complicated. I have never received my refund for the remaining retainer or itemized statement for the work completed. I have reached out several times by email, phone & in person. I highly recommend to use someone else if you want someone who will go the extra mile for you, that won’t keep your money & provide statements to show what you’re being billed for. In the 2 weeks I had her retained, I constantly had to reach out to see if things were being done since the communication wasn’t there.
