Before finding Pam, I had spent 8 years with a chronic and debilitating neck/shoulder imbalance. After many specialists, several surgeries and many years of rehab with various physical therapists, I had given up on any of them figuring out a long term solution. Then my GP heard about Pam and referred me to her for myofacial release. I was very skeptical at first because of everything I'd already tried but finding Pam changed my life. Before, just blow drying my hair was difficult due to the pain of having my arm over my head for 10 minutes. After several months with Pam, I am pain free and have been able to do things that I haven't been able to in 8 years. Last weekend I installed ceiling trim and painted over my head for two days without any difficulty or pain. Pam and her staff are amazing. They literally gave me my life back!

I had shoulder pain for over 15 years, since my time in the USMC. I just assumed it was "part of it," that I was just getting older. However, Pam and her PTAs, Kris and Karen have been like magic, improving my shoulder to the point that I now do CrossFit at least five times a week at weights and intensity levels on par with the fittest – and much younger – athletes in the box. I would highly recommend this professional group. I have suffered with Fibromyalgia pain, Chronic Fatigue, and Facet Joint Arthritis. This has been the most successful thing I have tried in 6 years. They really care about your level of pain continusely. My whole being has improved. I can now do things without severe pain. For example: sit, drive, sweep. My Fibro fog and level of chronic fatigue has also improved. I’m truly grateful for all they have done, and continue to do for me 😀.
