The sweetest staff and was great with my child. They are on point with scheduling appointments and sending reminders which my location lacked very much. My location never calls or emails or sends anything in the mail with appointments. I always had to try to remember every 6 months to call. When I left here I already had an email with our next 6 month visit inNovember. Will continue to go here rather than the one in my location.

I recommend this location to any child that have Medicaid they treat me and my kids so nice and the front office are super nice and when I need an appointment they answered me right away and the doctor treats their patients excellent.

We recently moved to the area and my daughter had a tooth hurting her. We called several offices and no one was seeing new patients. Thankfully Sarrell in Boaz was able to get us in same day and were so nice. They even called to follow up on us. We will definitely be back to use them as our dentist.
