My prescription was ready when I got there. Chris's was helpful and courteous.

I go here often the service is prompt there's not a long wait. I enjoy going here looking at the sales purchasing items I need around the home at a discount. They usually have good prices on soda and water. Items around your home that usually have a good sale on those. They offer the flu shot and by getting one you can also help someone who cannot afford one to get one at no cost. I like to go and get my bonus rewards points. They add up for something I would be purchasing anyway at a good price. I usually purchase items that are on sale in the paper and plus you can add coupons to them and get a very good deal.

Normally pleased but took a box in for FedEx pickup and was told they don’t print labels- contrary to delivery instructions by FedEx.

I just left work early to make sure I was at Guntersville Walgreens before they closed. I even called ahead and told them I was on my way, so that they could have it ready and I wouldn’t run THEM late! Pulled in the drive-thru at around 7:45pm. There was 1 vehicle in line ahead of me. Sat there for almost 30 minutes when they finally helped the car in front me and put up cardboard in the window. Closed. I was still the only other car in line. So unprofessional! The ONLY reason I rated this pharmacy a 1-star is because there wasn’t anything lower that that!

Walgreens has the only drive thru I know of that refuses to make people move out of the way for other customers to drop off their orders etc while they wait for their order. It's not uncommon to be stuck in the line for over an hour with only 2 cars in front of you when you pulled in thanks to a jerk deciding to wait for their rx to be filled regardless of cars being lined up down the block behind them... I've brought it up to the employees before and they still refuse to do anything about it...

It's always something... I call for refill, I'm on hold for 20 minutes. Im told the Rx will be ready. 2hrs. Later than promised i still have to wait. This happens over and over. Guess we will be moving our business across the street to CVS.

So I called the pharmacy and they told me my prescription would be ready in an hour. I told the woman on the phone that would be perfect because it is an hour drive for me and it is a prescription I had to have and I would swing through after doing some other running since I was in town. I showed up about 3 hours later and she said there was a mistake they didn't have my prescription but they could have it the next day. They could have at least called me and told me they made the mistake so I didn't wait so I didn't waste
