Cicis Pizza

We were happy to find that Guntersville has a CiCi's because it is my kid's favorite. The restaurant was clean and the food was what you'd expect from Cici's. We ordered special pizzas for the buffet and the employees made them with no issues. They even had one of my old favorites that I haven't had in ages (bacon, chicken, ranch). When we were finished eating we enjoyed a friendly game of air hockey on the coolest air hockey table I'd ever seen. We will be going back.

Met our daughter and grandkids here at 2pm on a Tuesday. Very good pizza and salad bar. Plenty of choices. Restaurant was nice and clean with friendly service. Highly recommend, great value for a large group eating out.

It was very nice my family enjoyed the food it wasn't to crowded tables was clean and plenty of food.

I just held my daughter's 1st birthday party here and it couldn't have gone any better! Mario the manager went above and beyond making sure this was the best party ever and it was. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing! Everything was absolutely perfect and I can't wait to come back. The buffet was constantly stocked and always fresh. I just wanna say a big thank you to Mario and the staff for making this Momma proud to have a Cici's in our area and for making this party one we'll never forget!

All you can eat pizza. They brought out a new pizza every five minutes while I was there last. Each one was different and very good. Hot and made fresh.

Today was our first trip there. Greeted the second we walked in the door and cashier helped us decide how we wanted to order. Restaurant was very clean, the food was fresh and they continued bringing out fresh pizzas and asked if there was any special pizza we would like them to make for the buffet. Food was wonderful You couldn’t ask for more selections, especially with soups, pasta, salad bar, pizza AND dessert at an incredibly affordable price. The staff were all very friendly. We will definitely be back.

On 08/29/2023 between 4:00am - 5:30pm who ever the guy working needs a promotion. He kept the bar stocked, cleaned and moving more than when there has been 3 or 4 working and he's the only person I've seen the entire time. I had to stop and congratulate them. That's some work ethics you don't ever want to let go of. Superb job.

We had a party of 14 and we were treated very well even with only four employees we always had hot pizza and they made any pizza we requested. Thank you for helping make my son's 13th birthday great.

Much improved, pizza was thicker, salad was better overall improved.

Local AARP Chapter's annual Christmas Gathering. 24 Senior Citizens enjoyed a large variety of pizzas that kept coming from the ovens to keep the buffet well supplied. The staff also kept the used plates cleared from the table for us. I read several bad reviews before we went but other than the floor needing more attention, I have nothing to be negative about. They seemed to be short staffed like most restaurants at this time.

I didn’t know that like something Ab like Redstone card like debit don’t work only credit but just n FYY to ppl that go there but I’m thinking he was a manager there made sure me n my family was able to eat. Food was good service was awesome and my little one loves all the games they had for him to play, definitely will be going back and again thank you to the manger David I think was his name for helping us 🙏🙏

Angel the manager came to the table and asked how was everything I told her was good and that I travel to this location (to which it is 30-40 minutes away versus the 1 that’s 10 minutes away in my city) this 1 has always had hot fresh food on the line and a clean appearance …

Good pizza, but store was very hot. Friendly staff.

Good pizza in under 15 minutes. We had a giant, double pepperoni pizza and a huge bread stick order for under $20. Four of us ate and had a bit left over.

Friendly, helpful people here and the buffet looked clean, full, and tasty!

For 4 years, I have taken the entire Douglas band program here after our spring music assessment. I'm always impressed with how quickly they can get 70+ kids through the line and love that they have a nice open seating area that can handle our size group. They have always been prepared to handle our group and keep fresh, delicious pizzas on the line. Even on my solo visits I enjoy the variety of pizzas, pasta and desserts.

It was actually my wife that picked it up and it was for a Door Dash order. So we both would like too take this time too say Thank you to the young man that attended too her. He was very thorough as well as professional. We want too mention this because right at the time she walked in too pick up her Door Dash order you all got a very VERY large unexpected party that had not called in advance. So needless too say everyone you all had up front handled it very professional and with Great Customer service to include my wife's very small order. Which other wise might have got missed handled and caused her too have an unhappy Door Dash customer herself. So Kudos too all employees that you all had working Sunday the 20th of November at 2 in the afternoon. They certainly know what Customer Service is in a very VERY BIG way, whether a party of one or a party of 25 or possibly even more, eveyone was treated with kindness and professionalism and that is the way it should be. Again Thank you all so SO very much!

I love to come eat here the employees are so nice they might get busy but those employees work there butts off and make sure there’s food on the bar and clean plates are out the whole time I had the best experience love the employees here !

Amazing place to dine in. Great employees especially mario. Professionally dressed and clean store. Even better hot amazing pizza, pasta, wings, and dessert. Highly recommend

They hardly had any pizza out no salad all the salad dressing for empty half the restaurant was sectioned off I guess cuz they didn't want to clean it at closing which made it where you couldn't get to a booth so we can 0 be comfortable

The kids begged to go here, I was reluctant but quite surprised. Everything was fresh and yummy. Great service and very clean. They were having issues with the games but they kindly remedied that for us. Definitely will come back.
