Always fantastic service at Guntersville Chevrolet! I've been taking my vehicles here for years including my Chevrolet and my Honda. The service has always been top notch and influenced me to purchase a Volkswagen from here also (which I will be having serviced here as well). All departments are very knowledgeable and so helpful!!!

My wife and I were broke down 150 miles from home with our GMC Sierra 2500 diesel truck. I told my wife we would have a very difficult time finding a mechanic to help us on a Saturday. Called Guntersville Chevrolet and to my total surprise was told they would do their best to help us. They worked us in their very busy day and got us back on the road in a few hours. Craig Harris (Service Manager) and Kevin Russell (Service Advisor) went beyond their daily/job responsibilities to help a total stranger in need. It's not often I experience such great work ethics and friendliness. I will defiantly consider the long drive from my home to purchase my next vehicle from Guntersville Chevrolet.

My husband and I knew which truck we wanted to look at. Our salesperson was very helpful. His name was Zack and he did a wonderful job. We were in there for just three hours and drove away with the truck we wanted. Most of the time when we go look at vehicles, we are usually there half the day. But that was not the case on Saturday. We wish the interested rate could have been a little lower, but they did get our payment where we wanted. Thank you

I came in Saturday to look at a 2021 Buick Encore GX. I loved the car. And I was really impressed with how I was treated. Chase was great no pressure at all to buy that day. The sales manager came out and was very nice. And even said I could take it home to show my grandparents before I buy it. I am not quite ready to buy a new vehicle yet. But when I am I am definitely going to look at Guntersville Chevrolet for my next vehicle. My grandparents have bought three cars from there. And now I want to buy one from them when I’m ready. Hopefully they will have what I want when I’m ready.
