PJ's Coffee

We were recommended to go by our Pastor's wife, Brenda from New Life Assembly of God in Spanish Fort and to try their beignets which we had never heard of.

Their food (and this unique coffee we tried) was great, the people were great and the overall atmosphere was wonderful! Will be going there again and again!! ;)

Pj’s is always my go to! Can’t recommend the Spanish Fort location enough! Always friendly and welcoming staff and the breakfast sandwiches are always good! I’m a big fan of the caramel creme and granitas! Stop in if you have the chance!

I start most mornings here, and the friendly staff never disappoints. The mocha latte with coconut and caramel is just like a samoas cookie, it’s excellent – a delightful way to kickstart the day!

Stopped here by chance for some coffee ☕ and it was so, so, so very good!!!! (So good, I forgot to take pictures of it). I'll definitely be back 😋

Very good authentic Louisiana King Cake at carnival time. Shipped in from that region. We are natives of Louisiana and know authentic King Cake. They serve the real thing here. Service was friendly and prompt and the coffee was very good.

Kind of just generic "modern" atmosphere, just...bland on the inside. As for the food and coffee, it's pretty great, and I would highly recommend it.

This is a message for the owner / management. Your energy drinks are great! But it would be great if your cafe would be open at least until 6:30 pm for night shift nurses. It would be highly appreciated and profitable. Thank you!

Big fan of this coffee shop. I am a regular and there a few things I love about this place. Number one the drinks are great. I am a black cup of coffee kind of guy, and their americano is always the perfect temp. I love the energy of the staff and managers. They are always friendly and work efficiently. I highly recommend checking this place out if you need a place to get some work done, have a business meeting or just relax and enjoy a beverage. 5 stars all around!

Friendly counter staff & great customer service! They even added 50 points to my loyalty rewards account after I left an in-app review about getting an incorrect item in my last order... I really appreciate that the management cares about making things right.

I highly reccomended that customers choose the standard beignets, as opposed to their beignet bites... I've only gotten the beignet bites once and I was very disappointed with them (the texture is not as good and the powdered sugar was barely there at all), but I'm never disappointed with the regular size beignets.

My sister came with me on my last visit, she lives in Metairie, and she commented on how much nicer the Spanish Fort PJ's is compared to the ones where she lives.

Nice and large with cozy spots to sit quietly or visit if you want. Good service, great food and coffee!

Nice relaxing atmosphere. The Americano was perfect and the Cranberry Orange Muffin was deliciously moist.

Love PJs. Stop here every time I come thru Mobile. It's great coffee, always a have interesting new seasonal items to try while always having "the usual" choices. A little pricey (what isn't?) but still a much better value than Starbucks.

I really like this coffee and the atmosphere is nice. A great addition to Spanish Fort.
