I needed a key made for an older car. They did not give up on trying to help me and were finally successful. While I was waiting, at least 4 employees asked if I needed assistance. What a refreshing concept. Customer service! I will no longer be going to box stores, unless absolutely necessary, because I can usually not find anyone to help me.

I absolutely love this place!!! Everyone is always so nice and kind. And everyone is so knowledgeable too. They do not mind helping you and showing you where things are and suggesting things you may or may not need! Always great customer service here!

Filters, paint, electrical supplies all in one helpful location. Staff will order if stock out or more wanted. Parking close, friendly folks. Even have bbq supplies.

I can’t say enough good things at the Ace Hardware in Spanish Fort, AL. Since relocating to the area 3 years ago we have had multiple positive experiences. The staff is always pleasant and provides knowledgeable advice for any home project. Most recently we were searching for a unique item that was only available at the local big box stores by online order. Once again Ace Hardware came through with not one but two of the items in stock!

I frquent this store often. Always met with Hello, can I help you. Very knowledgeable associates. 95% of the time I find what I'm looking for without having to walk a big box hardware store. A+

I live nearby and I can get most of what I need here without going out of my way to a big box store. After I had been in a couple of times they remembered my name and asked how my tomato plants were doing. I will continue to trade with Macy and the gang.

Great service and good people working there and more than willing to help you. I showed the clerk a picture of what I needed and he said I can get it to you tomorrow. I searched Home Depot and could not find anything close to what I needed. But like all Ace Hardware 's bank on them to get it for you..

We went to find a new stand for our Big Green Egg (that we've had for 13 years) plus some other accessories. Can't say enough about their employees. Have to give a special shout-out to Lisa. She was very helpful and went beyond! It's what customer service is all about.

ALWAYS check here before checking other hardware stores! They are very friendly, exceedingly helpful, and very knowledgeable. I've found their prices generally tend to beat other major hardware stores as well. They tend to stock up heavily based on community feedback and needs versus the general stockup based on corporate mandates that other big box hardware stores tend to do.

Not to mention it feels very much like a small town hardware store - which is very nice and cozy. It makes shopping there feel pleasant.
