Happened on them traveling up Rt. 19. Beautiful atmosphere. Service was excellent. Menu selection was great and creative. They even made my daughter a grilled cheese.

If you're traveling I-77 and you want a fantastic meal and a really unique experience, check this place out. We were headed from Tampa to Laughlintown PA and happenstanced to here. Phenomenal meal - so happy we made this stop!! I had the burger with egg on top (I forget the name) and my girlfriend had the Cobb salad with grilled chicken (substituted for fried) and both were great. Mine paired great with a Merlot. There brunch menu is very good. Mai was our server and she did great, just charming and knowledgeable.

We had a wonderful meal here. Great food, lovely balcony, and they even had a kids' menu. The portions are huge. We weren't sure what to expect because there weren't any prices on the website, and the caprese salad with salmon cost $20, the pork chop was $24, and the kids' chicken tenders were $7. Our other kid had a really nice fruit bowl full of berries. We hope to get back to this spot!

We reserved a table for 19 on a Saturday in August after our wedding ceremony. The accommodations and service were astounding. Communication from the Chef was amazing in preparation for our event and the food was delicious! Their timeliness and consideration for our party was extremely generous. We will be returning when we visit again.

The Vault is an amazing local restaurant locally owned with a fantastic staff and delicious fresh sourced chef selected entries. They have an amazing selection from Steaks to hummus boards with a fantastic selection of wines. This restaurant is belongs in the big city on a Broadway but don't let that scare you with a budget. We eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Delicious.

The Chicken Florentine with pesto gnochi was delicious as was the Vault Chop. Our server Courtney was so sweet and helpful.We were delighted to meet the chef Libbey. This restaurant has become one of our favorites.

I visited this place while staying in Summersville for a weekend trip from Michigan. Definitely the best restaurant in the area with quality food, and really good artisan cocktails. I went a little boring and got the burger with calamari as an appetizer but both were absolutely phenomenal. Cool atmosphere, friendly staff and great food. What more could you ask for?

I love the goddess bowl, cheesecake and pork chop! It tastes so delicious. The service is pretty good as well!

Wonderful staff and wonderful service. We are members of Speakeasy bar below and they honestly serve the best drinks in town. I was able to celebrate my 40th birthday here and they created everything we asked for and the food was amazing.

Amazing location! Food was very good, needed more staff or have the ones just standing around pitch in to help!

Who would have guessed?? Incredibly well prepared dishes in a unique setting (old bank with beautiful woodwork) in downtown Summersville WV. We tried several of the appetizers, and all were excellent. The sauce the muscles were cooked in, soaked up with bread-was sinful, especially with some of the best frites I've ever had.

What a gem to find! Such a beautiful building. Not many places in town offering quality meals. Will be returning 🙂

One of the best finds in the recent times. Our steward Mr. Robert ensured to meet all our needs and requirements (as we were looking for veg options).
It was a great coordination between the chef and the steward. We were totally happy with their Trio of Hummus & Veggie Flatbread.
We wanted to try their ‘The vault chop’ but couldn’t try because of meat in it. But we weren’t disappointed as the chef ensured we tasted what we wished to. We received a complimentary Risotto with smoked apple & cranberry chutney.
Everything was just perfect in taste and presentation. Will definitely remember this trip for rest.

The food was amazing, and how cool is it to eat at a old bank. There was 4 of us there for Gauley season and Chef Libby did not disappoint. We will definitely be back next season

Beautiful old bank building with great atmosphere. The staff was over the top friendly and great food. We had the loaded tots and pancake board, everything was delicious and very reasonably priced for what you get. Definitely would recommend.

Very classy! Awesome concept using an old bank as a restaurant. You can usually judge a place by its burgers and this place had a good burger for the price. Locally sourced beef and cooked to perfection!

This place is OUTSTANDING! I'm still sitting here as I leave the review, it was so delicious and the place is beautiful and clean. Get a burger, you have never tasted any better beef! The wine vinaigrette dressing, insane! Not to mention the Margarita has fresh muddled strawberries-divine!!! If I lived here I'd be here all the time but we are just passing through town. I cannot wait until our next road trip to come here again. Ten stars because five are not enough.

There can be nothing negative to say about this place. It’s a higher end restaurant with reasonable prices for the style. The food is incredible! I have not ordered anything there that was even mediocre; ALL of the menu items are fantastic. The steaks are better then any higher end restaurants I’ve eaten at. The beef and pork chops are locally raised. Amazing taste.

Chef Libby and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Service is phenomenal. If you want to have a good high end meal, you will never go wrong with The Vault. Can’t wait to go back!
