My hubby and I just stopped for a quick lunch, and we were blown away!

To begin with, the employees at both windows were very pleasant! Something we are not used to being from Tennessee!

The food was amazing! Buns were so soft! Meat was actually juicy! We can't remember the last juicy McDonalds burger we've had! Fries were fresh, hot, and crispy!

Kudos to this staff and management!

The power is out in our county, Fayette. So we decided to drive to summersville. the lobby was closed/closes at 8 pm but the drive thru stays open until 11 pm. So thankful to get hot food. Our 10 pc mcnuggets were missing from the bag, but the lady who was bringing out everyone's orders, took care of us right away. she was super nice and thanked us for being customers and have a safe drive home. She had a yellow vest on and her hair was pulled back. Whoever she is, she helped make our late meal & drive even better. 5☆s

We have not used a self service kiosk before at a McDonald's as we usually only use the drive through to get pancakes for the kids on the weekends. This location was very clean inside and out, looked modern and the staff were very friendly. We used the kiosk to place the order and pay them took a number plaquared to some indoor seating. Our kids choose the LED interactive table which was pretty cool and entertaining till our order was brought out to us. Staff members were very polite and friendly. No issues with the food to include hashbrowns, pancakes, breakfast muffin and biscuit. We always stop in this town when driving through WV as the scenery is excellent and today the low morning clouds and mild temperature made this stop more relaxing than normal.

Got a sweet tea, they have the best. Used the restroom..the cleanest around.

FANTASTIC. We travel a lot and we have to say this was the BEST McDonald's we have ever been in. The dining area was clean and trash emptied. The employees were pleasant and didn't have attitudes. They were also helpful. Food was hot, cooked perfectly and the fries had the right amount of salt. Bathrooms were clean.

More and more McRonny's is becoming a do-it- yourself slow food pot stop. From the time you walk in the door their only goal is to have a little to do with you as possible. From the "self-checkout, to the automated everything the customer almost doesn't even see an employee. Even if they accidently get your order right.

It was lunch time it was busy but it was fast

Easily one of, if not the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Clean and well kept interior, fresh and hot food, and incredibly friendly staff! We need more places like this.

Prices are always good. Food is always hot. If something is wrong they fix and apologize. They are under construction again and are short of stuffing. So please be patient. So if you want McDonald's might be wise to leave earlier to get in line earlier then normal. Lobby is shut down until everything is done. Even after that if they don't have enough of people the Lobby will be closed for that time being that day. Be nice they work hard and try there best to get you threw the line as fast as they can.

The Biscuits & gravey were a huge success with my Dad! Everything we ordered was perfect.

How soon can you offer at his McDonalds on Hwy 78 & Rockbridge rd in Stone Mountain.

I love this McDonald's there's never a wait even in a backed up drive-thru during lunch hour it's in and out! And Martina a shift leader there is the best she always wears a smile and so friendly everytime I go thru there!! It brightens my day....... So thank you!

On a road trip and the kids saw "M for Happymeal" so we stopped. Wow! I've never had customer service like this at a Micky D's anywhere! Fantastic! All three persons who interacted with me had exceptionally great attitudes and pleasantries. At the pick up window, I was missing a sandwich- but realized I wasn't charged for it and was ready to move along. But they rang me up at that window and within seconds I had my sandwich and pleasant smiles. Idk what they're doing differently at this location, but it's working!!

Waited in line for bout 45 minutes, both bays were open and running but service was slow. BUT.... Not one thing was screwed up with the order.

Consistent quality, at least fast-food quality. Drive thru was quick and order came out fresh and correct.

Affordable iced coffee and pretty dang good too. Great way to kick start your day.

Ordered using their App. Great deal and they delivered to my table. Food was good.

Best McDonald's I've been too! Clean tables, clean bathrooms, clean floor, even the window sills are clean. They give you a table number after placing your dine-in order, find a seat and they bring it to you. I like that! And on top of that, friendly service. This McDonald's definitely deserves 5 stars.
