Called to let them know I was moving and they acted very mad. They would not give me a reference for a new psychologist and when I called to get 1 refill for my seizure medicine, they would not fill it and the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Greatly disappointed and will never go back or refer any of my friends or family to go to him.

Have called multiple times and have always gotten the answering service saying "call back in five minutes" finally got on the phone with someone and they places me on hold for 20 minutes. How do I get the help I need when no one wants to answer the phone??
