Great place for supplements! Fresh food selection is small but found some excellent micro greens and sunflower sprouts. Their organic hummus is out of this world! Great variety of kombucha and frozen foods. Owner is so kind and helpful! Highly recommend.

My partner and I were in about 5 times during our week in Fairhope visiting family. They have an excellent selection of natural foods and vegan options we had never seen before such as a hemp based tempeh that is incredible. We were so pleased with the product selection and variety of bulk herbs, culinary spices and teas and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful every time we visited this lovely store.

This establishment was a breath of fresh air. They have a wide variety of products and they are fairly priced. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and found every thing I was looking for. Chiefly so was Kerri. I will certainly return.

I have been dealing with lingering effects from having Covid two months ago and was still battling fatigue. I went in and was advised to try Hawthorn, Serrapeptase and some potassium rich dried fruits. By the second day I had noticed a huge improvement in my energy level and overall felt much better than I had in weeks. I'm actually starting to feel like myself again. I'm so very grateful for their help. I'm a local and I will definitely be back.

Im new here to the area and was looking for a good health food store to buy health food and supplements from. The staff here is always very kind and they have quite a good selection of products and items! Not to mention they have free samples! My partner and I were given free goat milk soap, probiotics and multivitamins!

The employees have always been very helpful and courteous. If they don't have what you're looking for, they order it. Clean and organized.
