Small Town Trail Lodging's "Abb's Inn"

Stayed here for about 4 months straight, checking in on Monday and out on Friday throughout one winter while working in the area. We usually rented at least four if not all five rooms while there and couldn’t have been happier. The rooms were always clean when we arrived and the beds were great. Had a grill and fire pit out back to relax and hang out by and just made having to be away from home a lot easier. However, it was with the previous owners, it doesn’t seem much has changed and I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

We stayed at Ann’s this week while 4 wheeling with Mountain Top Adventures. The stay was nice and we truly enjoyed our visit to Gilbert! We will be back!

Very clean and quiet! We were hesitant and not expecting great things but so glad this was the one we booked. Bed frames squeaked and pillows were pretty flat but the linens were amazing. Plenty of towels and coffee. We would stay there again if back in the area.

Owners are very friendly we felt right at home and the room was clean and perfect. My husband and I absolutely loved it there and can't wait to come back. The car wash and everything nearby was also very nice too

I loved it here, the lodge is in great shape. The rooms are always clean and quaint. Some would say that it's a home away from home. The staff are really friendly and will gladly sit down with you and chat. My family and I will be staying here again!

You never know what to expect when you book a cabin, could be a shed, shack, sometimes questionable at best.
Abbs Inn in Gilbert WV has some of the nicest rooms, we stayed in #1 , King bed , double shower, fridge , micro.
Clean linen and towels .
Cool little private spot out back for a little fire and a grill for burgers.
Rock house trail is right up the road, although the trail head is in Man WV about 20 minutes by car/truck.

Karen and her husband were so sweet! Snacks and drinks were left for our late arrival. The rooms were very clean and had all the accommodations we needed.

People were awesome. Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Showers had great water pressure and had plenty of hot water. Thank you Karen.

Very nice place to stay. Spent three nights. The owner is a sweetheart. Great place to stay while you’re riding. Right across form the best Mexican restaurant in Gilbert.

Super convenient location in Gilbert. Near to everything. Room was nice, like a hotel room. Right next door to a carwash to clean up after a muddy ride.

Very nice, clean rooms. Amenities include wifi, bathroom linens with soap, coffee, etc. Better than most in the area

Clean quiet comfortable. The owners are awesome and there is a car wash on the premises to wash your ATV.
