Starbucks

On our way back to Virginia after my mother's funeral, I needed a break and this starbucks appeared unexpectedly. They were very friendly. I ordered 2 drinks and one of them came hot that I think I ordered iced. I asked them to pour it over ice for me, and she said she would make it over and I could have both. That was very nice too have on a long drive when I was so tired. Thank you to them. It's probable that I didn't speak loudly enough during the order. Also rest room was clean.

Brand new starbucks, great interior and staff. Would recommend sitting here too if you want to stop by and finish some work and great place for official hangouts too

Went in here and was served by barista named Maya. She was an absolute delight, and my drink was really good as well! I was having a bad day until I came in, so this was a much needed trip. Can’t wait to come again😁

Coming from out of town, we stop at this Starbucks when traveling to our vacation destination. We have never had a bad experience here. Our food is always good but our drinks are always GREAT! They taste amazing. The customer service is always wonderful as well.

My drink was perfect but the drive through seemed a bit slower than normal. As a restaurant person I did notice that the back door was propped open like taking the trash out but no one was outside. That's not safe for the crew. In this day and age, anyone could walk in and rob the store. It's just not safe to leave the back door open. Even in the daytime.

Ordered two extra hot lattes they got 'em right.

They were awesome. Even gave my dog a pup cup

Opening day for Starbucks in Summersville. They are on the ball here. We enjoyed our visit and hope to be back soon.

I went to Starbucks in my birthday and got a free drink and then my mom paid for one we got the caramel ribbon crunch and it was very good the best drink I've ever had the service was very good and the baristas was very friendly and polite.

Super nice staff that are great at what they do. I got an iced white mocha with vanilla sweet cream cold foam, oat milk, and caramel drizzle and crunch, as recommended by the barista and it’s fantastic! Great service!

10/10 recommend!! yeah it might take longer for your drinks but it’s not their fault! also the people there are super nice, friendly and absolutely amazing! i love going and hearing what they have to say about this crazy world!! but it’s a very nice store and you should check it out sometime!!

A wonderful stop for coffee. Everything was nice, from the interior to the crew at this location. There was no wifi at the Airbnb for us to use, so we worked remote at this location. Our stay in Summersville Lake has been very pleasant so far, and the coffee helps! 🔥☕

Great to see this open in my hometown and employ people and give great benefits. Love the Nordic style modern design and roominess. Plenty of space to distance. The flat white was great and I've missed it after being here this year. I teetered between 4 and 5 stars for the protein boxes I've missed too. What I call 'adult lunchables.' The vegetarian ones. None at this location yet and that's my go to. Egg plus peanut butter and the peanutbutter and jam ones. Grilled cheese might be popular here too. Plenty of options with meat. Thanks for the mask requirement also. Would feel safe working here on my laptop. Staff was great and welcoming. Drive thru was busy as expected. Patio looks nice and hope they employ heaters in cold weather.

Never had a bad starbucks!

Had a GREAT afternoon coffee and chatted with the friendly staff.

The absolute best. All three of us got different items, and we were so happy. I will return to Starbucks again.
